Good hotel but bad hotel policy on locking minibar

Good breakfast with many choices. Rooms are ok with daily attentive housekeeping and courteous staff but hotel policy on locking mini bar without securing deposit took the shine out of their otherwise good attributes. It makes guests feel the hotel mistrusts you over a couple of drinks in the mini bar. Daily checks on drinks consumed from the mini bar by housekeeping staff should be sufficient as upon checking out they made you wait till the room is checked before you go. At that point they can seek payment for drinks consumed. By locking the mini bar guests will leave having the feeling that the hotel isn't welcoming and suspicion casts on their honesty and good character comes in question. Surely the hotel wouldn't want this so a review of their hotel policy is in order.

酒店離機場只有5-10分鐘車程,離買東西的地方也近。我們住的是家庭房,房間很大,有大陽台,有點舊但算整潔。房間 wifi 不穩定,希望能有改善。整體性價比不錯。

Second time average

This was the second time me and my partner had stayed at this hotel and it was a lot different from the first time and it was only a year apart from the last stay! You could tell the room that we had was quite old and needed serious refurbishment. The bath tub leaked and the towel rack fell off the wall when my partner went to hang his towel. Overall the staff were great like the first time, especially our wonderful friend Sandy! I was told by a staff member that this hotel mainly caters for Asian guests so that may be something you want to think about before booking! Overall a lovely stay again, a very clean hotel just needing a little bit of an upgrade. Thank you once again!

Good Place to Stay

Pros: Close to Airport
Cons: Have the pool bar open later and provide a HAPPY HOUR
Location: Very close to Water bom Park and new LIPPOMALL is just around the corner. You can just wake down the street to the beach to watch some great sunsets.
Although you don't get all the bells and whistles this is a very pleasant hotel and the best asset is the staff who are always smiling and ready to help.

Lovely Place to Stay

Location: Its very close to Lippo mall, a pleasant 5 min walk. In the other direction is the beach.
The Hotel was AWESOME. We arrived early and they had our room ready for us a few hours prior to normal check in time. They could not do enough for us. We visit Bali every 3-4 months and will stay here again.

It's OK

Location: Go to Seminyak for breakfast and nice restaurants. Not much to do walking distance. You need to take a taxi
The Hotel and Location is OK in Kuta . You just need to take a taxi to go around which is easy to book. If you need reservations to other places hotel would do that for you. Kind and smiling staff. Breakfast is very limited for wetern taste. Only one no good cheese and limited options. We stayed 8 nights and could only eat breakfast first 3 days then went out for breakfast. If you ever forget to put do not disturb sign on get ready for one of the worst rude awakening of your life. Stayed in hotels all around the world and never experienced that. They knock your door at 8 am in the morning, very loud, rude and don't stop till you get out of bed. They should definitely get trained not to do that ! Lots of small construction happening in hotel so most of the time very noisy. Don't stay any room close to elevator because it makes a funny sound each time it reaches to your floor and not easy to sleep with it.
