“Nice hotel”

There were a couple of days when we had no hot water. The staff informed us of it and, luckily, it was warm outside so it wasn't too much of a problem. The rooftop restaurant that is highly spoken of in the website was closed for maintenance...I went up there and could see no problem. Possibly they just didn't want to deal with having people up there since the hotel was not filled to capacity. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a relaxing stay.

“Nice hotel in south Kuta”

Nice (new) hotel, about 5 min from the airport (Don't take the taxi from the airport as they will overcharge you by 3x as much, instead call the hotel or reputable taxi such as Blue Bird). This hotel is at the south part of Kuta beach, a popular spot with tourists. The center of Kuta Beach would be about 2-3km walk. Hotel food is decent, but around the corner on Kartika Chandra street, there are plenty of restaurants. Room was not ready when we arrived around 10am, but we got upgraded to the suite which is at the top of the hotel with nice balconies facing the pool. Front desk is not very helpful, they don't have a list of nearby restaurants. The transportation desk provides city tour for a very reasonable price. No free internet in the room but there is a business center on 3rd floor where you can use it for free.

“Wish I had more time there!”

Better than expected, a real hidden jem. Upgraded to a suite upon check in. Beautiful pool-side room with a lot of space. Great infinity pool with a swim-up bar. Clean, friendly and definitely would stay again! Near the airport and the beach, great location. Far enough away from the tourists that it's not crowded, but an easy transfer to the airpor or fast boat out to Lombok island.

“Loved It!!!”

I absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. The pool is gorgeous, the food was splendid, and there is entertainment every Thursday night with dinner (for an additional charge). The room was so nice! The bed was big and comfy, nice size TV (that went blurry on us and the front desk kindly replaced it in less than 20 min), mini refrigerator/bar in room, nice robes and slippers, etc. I liked the location because it allowed us to walk around and get to know Bali. A few restaurants are within walking vicinity. The beach is near (but not all that great). The staff, I would never forget. They made us feel extremely welcomed and were so great to us. I felt like we were old friends. I wanted to hug everyone before we left. The spa was very interesting and a must!

“A Great Hotel”

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and the room had a nice and clean bed, daily maid service and refrigerator with safe box. The beach was just a five minute hotel from the hotel and Kuta was a 20 minute walk. The only complaint I have about the room is that the bathroom door itself didn't look like it had been cleaned (though the counter and toilet were clean) and the hotel's taxi service is a bit expensive though the drivers are very friendly and helpful.

“Nice place to stay”

The hotel is a bit away from the center of Kuta. But there are no problems to reach the hotel because the taxi is cheap or 10-15 min by walk. Should mention that sometimes it was a bit noisy in the evening outside. And sometimes inside (amazingly noise was made by staff in the corridors...). But in general it was quiet. One boring thing in the hotel was room cleaning. To my surprise I did not find tag "Please don't disturb/Clean my room"... So you should go and answer by youself in case you stayed in the room and room service came.... Other services like SPA and transportation are overpriced so easy to find same quality for lower price outside... To my mind the breakfast was very good. Variable choice all the week. The interior of the hotel is good... clean and nice. Reception is very friendly and helpful. I really like the room. It was big clean and nice. Very good to relax after the sun or city center. So I would definetily recommend to stay in this hotel. But you should not expect Paradise. Nice and relaxing place in Kuta in case you are not lazy to go outside for all you need in Kuta.

“Value for money despite the not succesful wannabe-chic attitude”

I live and work in an island nearby, and being to Bali both on holidays and in transit, so we think we know some of the hotels in the area. Kuta is always stressful with the many people asking for a "maaasssage" when you walk around the streets. This hotel is nearby the ocean, so you can walk around the streets when going to the center of Kuta, and besides having less traffic, you will have the opportunity to get some sun and fresh air as well. The hotel itself is clean, although the hall and the restaurant are very hot places, no fans. No internet in the rooms. The rooms are clean, good light, efficient air condition and a good place to rest, sleep and regain your strength after shopping or partying. The swimming pool is in the middle of the patio of the hotel, not very discreet and useful for the exhibitionist or children. The hotel is appropriately priced, although the restaurant could gain with having better trained staff with a more proactive attitude. Overall, I will give this hotel a 6 out of 10. But recommend it due their clean rooms and acceptable price.
