Friend's weddingPosted Jul 18, 2014
Cons: It could less expensive
I stayed at the Ayana for 10 days, 4 days prior to the wedding and 6 days after. Their welcome is genuine and pleasing. The hotel and resort is lovely, the staff are without doubt the best, happiest and most efficient I have ever come across. They made my friend's wedding a seamless wonderful occasion for all those attending especially the happy couple. Room service was excellent and the registration and check out made easy. I would definitely stay here again

Space & StylePosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Everything was perfect. having travelled extensively to other Asian resorts, this is among the TOP FIVE in the region. The OCEAN BEACH POOL is great.
Cons: It gets a bit quiet (and boring) after dark. Needs a dance / studio set up with some live music till about 11.30pm, at least.
Location: Absolute fantastic location, with the ability to access the hotel's even-more-spectular KUBU BEACH, a special feature. Fantastic all round.
The Resort is world-class, with great attention to detail. The range of facilities and space give you plenty of options for relaxing or swimming or getting into other resort-style activity. The restaurants (inc Italian and Japanese) provide enough variety for up to 10 days stay. Staff are always helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble.

Garden of Eden overlooking OceanPosted Jul 7, 2014
Cons: I know this sounds ironic, but I felt the staff had very little 'local knowledge'. It was also VERY expensive to do or buy anything on the resort.
Incredible resort and facility. Highlights included the rock pool and rock bar; river pool and resort gardens. These were really spectacular. Staff well trained - all had common patter which was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Upgraded half way through our stay to a cliff top Villa which was absolutely magnificent.

Fabulous view, Comfort stay & Excellent ServicePosted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: Infinity Ocean Pool, Rock Bar, Spa & Treatment, Excellent services
Cons: Club lounge food various is pretty less, should add-ons more options for every sessions.
Location: Location is great as it's just at the side of the beautiful Ocean.
I have a stay in Ayana for a 3 days 2 nights with my wife on our honeymoon, we definitely had a wonderful and memorable moments in Ayana. On the 1st day we've arrived earlier, we were being served and waited in the club lounge (as we had our club room for our stay in) with the welcome drinks and the staffs are truly friendly and helpful. The room has fabulous Ocean view, clean and spacious, easy access to Club Lounge for the all day meals. We had our leisure time around Ayana and the staffs are being trained well-manners and good service, everywhere we go, the staffs greeted us politely and with a good big smile hanging their faces which really cheer up our days in Ayana. We did the signature Spa in Ayana as well, fantastic treatment and awesome massage by the specialists and I would say this is the best Spa i ever did so far. Thumbs up for the Ayana Spa & Treatments. On the other hands, we feel really good by having sun bath, enjoying the bar drinks at the infinity Ocean pool, fabulous sunset view and excellent customer service from the staffs. One of the female staff offered to take photos for us and taught us few 'signature' poses which are 'THE MUST' to do at the infinity pool, that's really lovely and helpful. Last but not least, on the day of check-out, we received a pack of the Ginger Lemon Tea from the front desk as the complimentary gift because I did mentioned I love the Ginger Tea while having them in the treatment of Spa. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here =)

Excellent resort with stunning view!Posted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: I love everything in this hotel especially the Ocean Beach Front Pool & River Pool. Rock Bar in Ayana is my favourite too! Food was good too!
Location: Jimbaran seafood dinner, Uluwatu temple, dreamland beach & padang-padang beach
Very satisfied with Ayana Resort & Spa, friendly staff welcoming guest with flower, welcome drinks and efficient check-in. I stayed in Deluxe Room with ocean view, room was clean & spacious with nice balinese decoration! Five gorgeous swimming pool in the resort with its unique view and variety of restaurant from balinese to italianese cuisine. Last but not least, the stunning sunset in Rock Bar is the one not-to-be-missed. It's a perfect summer getaway for families and couple. You can spend the whole day in the resort itself and short escape to their private beach - Kubu Beach with the shuttle bus that provided. While, you can have a look at their sister hotel - Rimba Jimbaran which is located just next to Ayana. Modern design with beautiful swimming pool and view!

Ayana breakPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: The location...amazing+++, the rock bar spectacular +++, the grounds beautiful
Cons: The price of the putting greens outrageous. The food at the rock bar could perhaps be less deep fried.
Location: Easy day trips to some very interesting areas in Bali. We hired a car and managed ourselves.
Really enjoyed the hotel. The check in could have been a little more pleasant..some confusion whether we'd paid and what for. The price of the golf (putting greens) was outrageous and the rock bar food could be more varied but the rock bar itself is spectacular! The rock pool was gorgeous and the breakfast buffet was all you could ask for, with the surrounding fish a really nice touch. Also used the facilities at Rimba which were amazing especially the pools and very nice roof top bar with fantastic decor. Would highly recommend and would like to go back.

Fantastic luxurious resort hotelPosted Jun 17, 2014
Cons: Can't think of a thing
Location: Location is a bit remote - taxi fare to tourist spots is cheap however. But with so much happening at the resort why would you want to leave.
From the moment we arrived the staff knew our name. Although our room was not yet ready we went to have lunch in one of the resort restaurants and by the time we finished all was ready for us. The room was large and luxuriously appointed. It had a large balcony overlooking the minigolf course and then a view to the sea. The balcony was furnished with a large lie-back day bed for relaxing.
