Everything was very good, staffs are kindly, the hotel is nice, the service is very good.

“Great Hotel, Friendly Service, Awesome Holiday”

We stayed 8 nights at the Bali Kuta Resort and would highly recommend the hotel. We stayed in Junior Suite with Pool View room and were extremely happy with the standard. The suite was spacious, clean and convenient. The hotel itself was very clean. The Pool was perfect, the swim up bar was a place we spent a lot of time, with Happy Hour being very popular. The staff were always friendly and helpful, they made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and had no problems at all, highly recommend it.

the staff are friendly & helpfull the rooms arent too bad if we had anything wrong with our room they came & fixed it straight away the only thing i didnt like was they let people smoke in the reataurant which is just awful for a non smoker they need to sound proof the rooms better because you get woken up alot in the early hours of the morning by other very loud people Jo

“Excellent hotel, but not the best for partygoers”

Really nice place, with excellent customer service. All the staff were always really happy and friendly. We had 3 rooms and 1 toilet got clogged and one shower also got blocked, but these were fixed straight away and it was no issue. Area is safe and its easy to get a scooter or taxi to where ever you want to go. Walk the little side streets as you will be sure to find a shortcut. We were a group of young partygoers and this hotel didnt have the atmosphere we were hoping. The average age was a bit more than us. So if you want something a bit quieter but still in heart of kuta this place is great, if you want the party atmosphere I would stay in legian street or somewhere around poppies lane 1 or 2.

“very pleasant Stay”

The Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly, on arrival we had a slight problem on check but it was sorted straight away. It was a slight walk to the main area of Kuta but it was also good because you are away from all the noise and hustle and bustle. Overall it was a most enjoyable stay and i would recommend this hotel.

“Friendly Kuta accommodation”

Staff at the hotel were very helpful. The hotel is situated about 10 min away from the main strip in Kuta. We found this really great as it kept us away from the crowds but still close enough to get to quickly. The hotel food wasn't the best but was palatable. The quality of our room was high and was nice and cool in the hot weather. I would recommend this hotel to those who are looking for accommodation close to Kuta but away from the hustle and bustle. It is safe and nice for families, couples and the older crowd. Great pool and swim up bar with a decent happy hour. I would certainly stay there again.

“Bali Kuta Resort”

The Hotel is very quiet and walking distance to most places. The pool area is great with a nice swim up pool bar and very friendly staff. A very good place to stay in Bali.

“Not Impressed”

Front desk staff were not friendly and dont know English well. There is a tour desk in the hotel which takes at least double price of a regular taxi to take you to airport. Also if you organize a tour with them they also take you to the expensive isolated shops where you again pay at least double price to souvenirs. Just check the prices in the city center and at least use a taxi to see the cost for comparison with the hotel.
