“Good location and friendly staffs”

The location of this hotel is great, close to the beach and shops along Kuta. The best part of this hotel is they provide free pick up and drop off to/from airport. The room was big and decent, however the setback was, the washroom is a bit stuffy and stink, probably the flooring tiles. During my stay, the hotel was flooded due to the constant rain, but the water level was manageable and didnt get into my room (I was on the ground floor). The breakfast was alright, they provided basic breakfast and choice to select from. Overall, the hotel is not bad and will definately consider again for the price and location.

Area recommendations

Seminyak is good for house hold items and clothes. Geger beach which is in Nusa Dua, if you want privacy and nice beach, I would recommend. Stop by St regis for a drink!

Getting around

You can rent a local bike for less than 50,000 Rupiah for whole day. You can also hire driver for a day for the price between 250,000-300,000 (25-30USD). You can also get a bike ride from Kuta-Seminyak for 10,000 rupiah, you need to bargain! You can also get on the TAXI, but ensure its BLUE BIRD (it will tell you on the taxi with the sign blue bird, there are copy cat that has the similar logo and colour, please ensure it mentioned blue bird, and its METER taxi. Please get proper change because they will tell you they do not have enough change. Do not change money at the exchange counter at seminyak or Kuta, I got spiked and I lost 100,000 rupiah, they used the tricks ( i went to the highest exchange rate -thought I got good deal but I ended up being cheated) They will count infront of you, but somehow they used the trick and I only realized after I step out from the shop). So, I would suggest if you run out of cash, use atm or go to a proper exchange rate shop which has big sign!
