“briliant holiday very friendly people”

very nice hotel and the staff could not do enough for us. the food was very good with lots of choice. wouldlove to go back!

“Great family escape!”

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We (family of 4, 2 adults 2 children) had a great time. The staff were really lovely - genuinely happy and very attentive. The all inclusive package was terrific quality and value. The food was plentiful, lots of variety and very tasty. Breakfast had a lot of choice - nice fresh fruits etc as well as continental items and traditional british cooked breakfast. Lunch was great too. Lots of choices - many fresh salads, soup, and at least 6 main dishes and gorgeous desserts to choose from that catered for every taste. My husband and I enjoyed the local dishes Nasi Goreng etc (rice and noodles). We've got a fussy son but no one was disappointed as many items to suit every palate. The dinner menu was excellent too. Outside dining near the pool was lovely - BBQs and a Mongolian night were fun. Despite reviews we read before going we thought the hotel and our room were fine. Our room had lovely views of the ocean, pool and gardens - we usually request a room move but didn't need to! There was lots to do - a daily package of pool activities as well as kayaking and snorkeling - we were taken by boat out to a coral reef . Also cooking demos, fruit carving wood carving tennis etc. Will definitely go back. I'm missing the long lazy lunches by the pool already - "another glass of wine madam" - why not?!

“Excellent Hotel”

Stayed here for a little over a week during end of October 08. Although we had the option to go all inclusive, we just chose the b&B option as we would never be around the hotel all day to exploit the advantages. It was a good choice for us; clean, comfortable and very polite and willing staff. Our suite was of very high quality with excellent facilities. The beach being a few meters away from our door too. Water sport are in abundance here too from Paragliding, Jet skies, banana boats and the infamous Fly Fish! A visit to turtle island is pretty cool too but the cost of the boat ride is a little steep. I can't comment much on the food as we ate out every day and night but breakfast was satisfying with a variety of beverages, fruit, cereal and hot breakfast. There are a few restaurants on the main road leading to and from the hotel, all catering for everyones tasts from Italian to Chinese so no shortage of choice. It's also a short & relatively cheap car ride to the main commercial tourist strip, Kuta, where there are alot more familiar branded shops as well as lots of restaurants. Overall, a very good choice and pleasing stay.

“Beautiful, Relaxing, Just Amazing”

We had the most amazing time at the Club Bali Mirage. The staff were friendly and really could not do enough for you. The food was the best I have ever tasted and was definately worth the price. The location was fantastic especially if you enjoy water sports. I honestly did not want to leave!

“Excellent value for money”

Our visit was just for two nights after an exhausting trip down under to various relations, and it proved perfect for chilling out. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes up for the odd signs of hotel ageing. Everything worked and we were comfortable. Arriving after midnight was no problem despite the inordinate problems of immigration control, which might put some people off going to Bali at all. The pool was immaculate and the area of the beach for relaxation could not be better. There are also loads of activities off the superb beach for the energetic.

“Couldnt have wanted for more”

Trust me, as a couple this is the ideal place to stay. Perhaps we were lucky that it wasnt peak season (were there in early September), but the hotel staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. first class service. we were all inclusive and didnt eat out once the food was that good. drinks were good too, vodka which actually tastes like vodka is usually hard to find on all inclusive. fantastic location, out of the madness which is kuta, yet not too far at all for a shopping trip! all in all.... fantastic!!

“Wished we had stayed longer”

Loved the hotel, staff and the beachfront location. Just wished we had stayed longer, ended up having a longer stay in Sanur due to ease of travelling from there. Had a large room overlooking the pool, couldn't have been positioned better. Food was excellent from what we had. Grounds were clean, staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They have a great games room for kids (and adults!) The hotel also have great activities planned i.e. snorkelling and take you out free of charge. The local watersports are highly reasonable also, my boyes loved the parasailing and banana boat rides. Go and enjoy and ignore the unpleasables!!!
