I cannot rate the stay I had with Disini high enough. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, food was always excellent, room was gorgeous. You won't regret staying here.

Avoid this place
There are much better places in Seminyak and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. When we arrived we were advised that our rate would not include breakfast despite our booking confirmation noting free breakfast. Staff were clearly aware of this issue noting it has happened to numerous other guests however they refused to provide breakfast and were in no way apologetic noting that we should contact hotels.com as “it wasn’t their issue”. Their page is also misleading and should note there is NO common pool access for the “garden view” rooms; this view is in fact a view of a wall with a plant in front of it. The room itself was dated with a broken shower head that was waist high and the water was often cold. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed that on our booking it said we were in a Villa and when we got there we were told that we are in a bungalow. Staff, property and location were excellent overall but not being in what we were expecting and without a pool given it was hot was disappointing.

Overall a good experience. Hotel arranged all our taxi transfers before and after. Location is perfect, short walk to main shopping area with loads of restaurants and shops near by. The bed was comfortable and pool was warm. The breakfast was average and the rooms were a little dated. In need of an upgrade.

Very good property. The BIG issue is with BOOKING on your site. The visuals show something and what you get is something else. I saw visuals showing pool in the villa and I booked that asap. When I reach the venue ,I realise that I was CHEATED. The visuals don’t match and the room was a bungalow and not pool villa. You guys SUCK!!!

Luxury villa in Seminyak
Amazing villa with our own private pool, Lanai, outdoor kitchen and beautifully appointed bathroom. Huge super king bed that was so comfortable. Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

Excellent as always. The staff at Disini went above and beyond the expected service levels. My wallet had been stolen before my arrival to Bali. I had no cash / credit cards. The staff paid for the taxi, helped me with the police and they made sure I was fine. They provided as much care as my mother would have provided. It will never been forgotten.

Amazing Villa in an Awesome Location
The villa was great and in a very convenient location and had one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Disini Villas. The only criticism would be in regards to the breakfast, it could use a bit of a revamp.

We had a wonderful time staying at Disini Villas. The staff was very professional, friendly, and punctual. Every day we a piece of dessert on our bed, the room service was on point. The lobby area staff members worked fast to assist you and were very polite. It was clean and the food was delicious. I personally loved the breakfast set up. I will go back again.

They served breakfast to your villa and there are many choices. We had Chinese Beef Rice Porridge, Mexican Poached Eggs Breakfast, fresh juices and coffee. They will burn the mosquito coil to keep off the mosquitoes outside the pool, there are the electrical mosquito repellent heater inside bedroom and outside pool. Room is big and clean. You may get yourself a in house therapist to do massage and spa in your own room.

So close to all the action of Semniak
Great trip to Bali needs a great location so the Disini is well placed. Its not far from the main road and Seminiak square. The Villa is a great size and had many spaces to enjoy, like the day bed, pool , outdoor seating area and dining room. The bedroom also had a well laid out space for dressing room which leads to the shower which looks onto the tropical lush garden.

In generall everything was good, Villas themselves are a little bit outdated and not very clean, however you can still enjoy your stay if you are not too fussed, staff are great and very helpful. Located at the centre of Seminyak. Just 5mins walk to the restaurants, money changer, shopping. Reasonable price, free WiFi, private pool, free one way pick up service, nice spa, golf cart service from villa to lobby, 24 hour call service. We went for celebrate our wedding annivesary. Staff surprised us with wedding cake and decorate rose petal at bath tub. They provided butler service, they delivered the breakfast to your villa according to your requested time (before 10.30am). They also provided the romance dinner at your private pool if necessary. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We surely will visit again.

Fantastic location!
Disini was an absolute gem! The location is near the eat street in Seminyak, and getting a cab is easy if you want to explore further. The villa was a nice size for 2 people, but a little dated. Wear and tear could be seen in some areas which needed updating. Room service was good, and the staff were polite and friendly, always ready to assist if needed. The villas are lined up down a long alley, so the larger number villas can be quite a distance to walk back to, but there is a free buggy service provided. Overall a quaint little villa, maintaining both traditional and modern aspects for all.

I have been there in July 2015 . Villa is okay , clean pool but nothing luxurious ! I don't know why they named it " luxury villas " ! For example , the jacuzzi is just a normal bath tub nothing special. If you are looking for the luxury you find in a chain hotel or villas this is not the right place for you. The location is in the middle of Seminyak not a calm location but near from everything. The hotel lobby is just 5x5 m or less .

Gorgeous villa, lovely staff, wish we could have stayed longer. Close to lots of shops, cafes and very easy to get to some superb restaurants, like La Lucciola and Bambu. Will be back soon!
