super friendly, helpful staff. Feels like home. Nearby restaurants and beach accessible by taxi. No internet hotspot within the premises, but a net-cafe is across the road, 10 minutes walk.

Elle's is a wonderful place to stay at. its a nice small place with lovely stuff. every one there is willing to help u and tell u of the good places to go with out trying to rip you off. We even got to stay at a 5 star hotel on our last nice and we did not like it one bit. we would of rather stayed at Elle's. Thank you to every one at Elle's and will see u at the end of the year.

“Great Value, Exceptional Service”

Ellie's is tucked up a narrow side street in a business area, and was a big pleasant surprise. The room was basic, but clean comfortable and well air-conditioned with a good mattress. The pool is small but pretty and crystal clean. Breakfast was delicious, even when we had to leave by 7 a.m. The advantage is the manager, who helped plan taxis, a special sunset dinner on the beach, and a whole Denpasar bazaar trip our final morning, including how to bargain. He's a JEWEL!! His help makes the out-of-the-way location no problem. Tell him your interests and he can direct you there.

“Ellies was great!”

We only expected to stay a couple of days, but when we realised how helpful David and Caroline were, we decided to stay longer. The hotel is hard to find and not in a fab location, but its so easy to take a taxi or driver, its not a problem. go and spend an afternoon at a super resort in Nusa Dua and come back here to relax!! Its a small place, very cosy, the pool is lovely and you can just chill out. We met nice people and felt really relaxed, its like home. We loved it!

We were not happy with the location (just off a very busy main road) and the bathroom drain had a terrible sewerage smell. We had spent time at a 5 star hotel prior to checking-in at Ellie's so unfortunately we were quite disappointed with this next choice of accommodation, especially as the website had promised alot. The service was fine and the managers were very helpful, but all in all, our opinion is that Ellie's is more for backpackers than families.
