The value is absolutely unbeatable, rooms are clean and rather nice, but facilities are very basic, breakfast is bare-bones and don't expect a selection of pastries - you'll get some nasi goreng with no protein, some other very Asian stuff (by breakfast standards I mean) and dry bread slices for a toast (I couldn't get their ancient toaster to work either). But the staff is REALLY NICE, and again - value is unbeatable, so I will stay here again.

Great place to stay if you’re on a budget, staff are amazing can’t do enough to make your stay a great one. Go above & beyond to help in anyway they can. Can be noisy at times but could be due to being peak season.

Cute & great value hotel
Great, trust worthy,& inexpensive hotel. Staff are helpful and respectful. Very close to shopping & eateries in Seminyak. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a budget hotel.

Very nice property with a swimming pool and proximity to Clubs like Kudeta and Seminyak beach. Staff is friendly and amicable. Also, they provide free water which is a plus.

Good hotel. Nice service. The only minor thing was that I ordered food and explicitly asked for non spicy dish and got spicy one. Next time time I called and focused attention of staff on prevous time experience and asked 3 times to make sure it is not spicy. Got my chicken with pieces of red peper right on top of that :) It was tasty but very spicy and that wat i tried to avoid after recent bali belly.

I stayed here for over a week in october. The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. I slept well on the mattress and pillows used. lots of places to eat nearby. transport easy to get.

Overall for price really good hotel, about 10 mins walk from main action, which is good and bad. Rooms are very small, however serviced daily. Breakfast is inconsistent with menu, however always plenty of food. Everyone friendly. If I want cheap I’d definitely go there again 😊

The noise of music in lobby was unbearable from the time we checked in , to every morning at 0645am starting to ending at 2100hrs. Bang bang bang very loud, bass to the roof. Complained each day , but each day same. All young staff working so no one is responsible. Staff are v polite and helpful though. Also room bed and pillows specially were not comfy. Glasses in room unclean and bad smell from sink. It’s a great location though , probably good for teens who are looking for partying everyday. Good Indonesian breakfast for 40k & they have a little mini mart attached to hotel which is v convenient. Walking distance to all good shopping.

Great hospitality and service. The room is very clean and housekeeping cleans everyday. The location to the beach and bars are at a walking distance. The wifi is also good. Although we could hear a bit of traffic noise.

I had 2 single beds in room used one,very small bed even for average sized adult. Even though close to restaurants and bars, very difficult crossing street in front of hotel.

Bathrooms are not kept well. In fact in a bad shape. The staff are doin all they can to fix things but the management needs to invest some money in renovating. The breakfast served is below average too.

The worst experience it was more like a backpackers accomodation, cheap plastic furniture, no fridge to cool drinks in room small window leading out to dirty vacant block with cows, no breakfast food that catered for westerners. Tiny dining area as you walk in foyer with cheap plastic chairs. Small pool around dining area no seperate area for swimming and privacy. Loud banging doors at night keeping you awake. I could not stay there and was out of pocket as I had to pay for better accommodation. Would never recommend and have put in a formal complaint to wotif. This should not be advertised on site as a holiday resort it was my worst experience it is certainly not a resort.

I booked this hotel to use for several hours before a late flight out as the villas we had been staying at could not provide a late checkout. The room was used to store luggage and shower before the flight. I would not stay overnight here, the bathroom was dirty.

Perfect for adults
Very pleased with this hotel - especially with their staffs, they were very friendly and helpful and have made my stay a lot better. The room on its own is not very big but have enough space for two people to spread out a bit but not plenty of room if you have plenty of luggages. The hotel has a lot of Asian guests and they seem to have big groups of them staying from a tour group and can be very loud in the early morning and late at nights. So I wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers as the air conditioning could be a little loud too. The cafe downstairs also offers very good and cheap food and can even have it delivered to your room at no extra costs. Overall was very pleased with my stay and won’t blame the hotel for noisy guests.
