Four Seasons SayanPosted Nov 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
This is an amazing hotel, probably the best I've stayed at anywhere in the world. Staff are its biggest asset, and the beautiful situation in the valley down by the river. Rooms are very big and well appointed. Pool area overlooking the river is a great place to unwind. The hotel organises cycling trips, yoga classes, and a whole range of other activities. A very unassuming entrance masks a superb hotel in a quiet location but still convenient to Ubud centre via the back roads. Not cheap but well worth the money for what you get.

Beyond amazing!Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: Everything! The location, the hotel, the staff, the food, the pool.. it was all amazing! And also the comfiest bed I have ever slept on!
Cons: I can not fault this hotel at all!
Location: Located about 10 minutes from central Ubud. There is so much to do near by.. we went on a bike ride tour though the rice fields which was lovely.
We stayed here for 4 nights in October 2014 and we were blown away by this hotel. The location is stunning.. even better than it looks in the pictures. It takes your breath away. The facilities were amazing the food at the hotel restaurant was of a very high standard. The rooms were immaculate and the staff were incredible. Every staff member knew our names as soon as we saw them (even the gardeners working in the rice fields would look up and greet us by name). We were so impressed by this hotel that we are already planning another trip back.

まさにウブドPosted Aug 7, 2014

Top notch service in unbelievable settingPosted Apr 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
When you arrive, you are met by friendly staff who sent our bags directly to our room (got there before check-in) and a world class view overlooking the tree line. Our room was comfortable and no detail was skipped - beautiful wood furniture and artwork. The staff made our stay seamless - helping us book meals, taxis and an airport transfer - and everyone knew our name, which is unheard of at even the nicest hotels in the states. On top of the amenities (pool, spa, etc.) there are plenty of things to take advantage of on-site - when we were there, we rode hotel bikes with a guide through rice fields and saw a local village dance group. Close to Ubud, though not directly in the town, I already have a long list of all the things I want to do on my next stay.

Good location in UbudPosted Feb 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel provides complimentary daily activities such as guided hiking and biking, would be nice if they provided more acitivities. The duplex is not very convenient but acceptable. The service is friendly. The room is clean. There are some insects here and there but understandable as the hotel is located in the mountains.

This hotel is an absolute dream!Posted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: The staff, the hotel building, the room, the surrounding nature, the high level of service in general, the spa.
Cons: The a la carte food menu is expensive for what it is.
Location: This hotel is so wonderful that you end up not wanting to leave it. But you should explore nearby Ubud and go off the main road once you are there.
The hotel building itself is entirely original and the setting is simply fairy-tale-like. Nature has been particularly bountiful in that corner of Ubud, and the beauty is so great that it becomes spiritual. The staff are immaculate - everyone remembers your name and your preferences - and the spa has a very high level of service and skills. The full body 90 minute Balinese massage is definitely recommended. Ubud itself is surprisingly spiritual and adventurous, once you get off the main road. Countless hidden temples dot the place like jewels on a necklace. I also recommend the lychee martinis in the hotel bar. My room was also surprisingly spacious and very well furnished. Most of the furnishings can be bought, surprisingly enough, and that is a good mental note for when I get a bigger apartment.
