We do apologize that shower and water temperature control: It's unfortunate that the shower in your room had a fixed head and water temperature control issues. Adjustable showerheads and consistent water temperature are essential for a comfortable stay. This is valuable feedback for the hotel management to improve the rooms.For the key card matter, refer to key card policy in our hotel, we only allow to issue one key per room for the safety reason. The guest can keep their key in Reception for another guest that stay in one room. For the room safety box problem: It's concerning that you and your friend both experienced problems with the room safety box. Should you need any assistance, our Duty Manager will be happy to assist.It's wonderful to hear that the staff at the Grand Istana Rama Hotel made your stay enjoyable. Friendly and attentive staff can significantly enhance the overall guest experience. While you mentioned that the rooms may be dated, comfort and cleanliness are essential, and it's great that you found the beds super comfortable and the rooms clean. Small amenities like daily water replacement and flexible housekeeping can make a big difference in the overall guest experience.Pool accessible and well-maintained pools are always a plus for our hotel, and it's good to hear that you had a positive experience at the pool area. Thank you for your kind understanding for no outside food and drink policy, like most other hotels.We are glad that you are satisfied with our awesome location which is located exactly close to the beach and we have a great Balinese traditional ambience with lustful garden.
