My partner and I stayed for 17 days. The hotel itself was good for the money we paid. The pool was good, the room was upto standard. We were however disappointed with the breakfast on a number of occasions we asked for fresh bread and it was corrected for a few days but was not consistent. The Bacon was over cooked and was only improved after we complained but the the day after went back to being over cooked. The pancakes were old and never made fresh which was disappointing. We had a few issues with the room when we first arrived but this was corrected with a room upgrade which we were happy about. The biggest issue with the hotel is that there is not a manager on 24 hours a day. We had a few issues we wanted to address and instead were informed that the main manager was in java therefore we could not speak to him. In saying that the supervisor was able to change our room which was helpful. It was frustrating however that I was put onto two people both claiming to be the manager before someone with authority to upgrade was put on the phone to speak to us. While the duty manager solved the issue she was not overly friendly or abologitic about the hotels short comings. Overall the staff were very friendly however lacked knowledge. And struggled to speak English. The hotel also does not have a gym. I think that the hotel is worth 35 dollars a night which we paid but no more I also don't think it is up to a four star standard and Expedia should review its star rating.

Had a lovely holiday hotel was very nice , great value for money, very clean hotel , staff very friendly and helpful swimming pool great , close to all amenities in Kuta would definitely go again

The front desk's service is terrible

I think the front desk should be more serious about their job, I chose to stay 4 nights in this hotel, on the second day morning, I woke up by the wake up call, actually I didn't require it, and the third day, I required wake up call, but they didn't call at all

Dirty, poorly managed and already run down

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything - pull it down and start again
US$50 if you loose your plastic room key, dirty bathroom, dirty floors, room slippers used and dirty, Internet doesn't work in the room as advertised, staff not interested or can't help, ordinary breakfast, lost our car key - we won't be coming back.

Close to airport, beach & night clubs.

It was a comfortable stay. The hotel is very close to airport (3 km) and kuta beach is across the other street (1 km). The hotel itself is located on the main street and the legian village is hardly 4 km where the market is buzzing during day and all the action happens during night.

Nice hotel close to all amenities

Clean young hotel... Friendly helpful staff... Great value for money... relaxing atmosphere and beautiful pool...rooms a bit small...Wifi inconsistency... Breakfast fresh... good variety typical Bali hotel breakfast... 10 minute walk to beaches central shopping area in kuta... Close to large supermarkets various restaurants.. small maket stalls... beauty spas and shops.
