“Grand Mirage”

The staff were absolutly fantastic.The two gentleman who run the pool bar remembered mine, my husbands and childrens names from day 1 and Siband the Maitre D in La Cascata was tremendous in his generosity and service.Chopsticks resturant was awesome (great food and service ) and the grounds were maintained beautifully. We are heading back January 2013 with two other families who are coming on our recommendation.

“Good value, staff, pool, beach. All good”

Great hotel and pool area. nice safe beach. Not too many hawkers around the beach (like Kuta). The shops around are good, not too many but enough to keep happy. Only a 80000 taxi ride to Kuta (about $10 AUS) Nice and quite even in school hols. Nice breakfast.

“Happy experience at this hotel”

The information given at reception was very helpful and staff were always happy to help with any questions. Upon checking out, I was offered a room to shower before leaving for my flight home. All service given was always with a wonderful smile and nothing was too much trouble. Room service was also very good even when we arrived late at night they were happy to serve us something to eat.

“Review on Grand Mirage Resort, Nusa Dua”

We were very impressed with the hotel and found the staff to be very friendly. We had to have two rooms with an adjoining door for a family of 4, but it worked very well. The pool area was lovely and never seemed to be too busy.

“Take the all inclusive package!”

We took the all inclusive package which was quite reasonable. The hotel offered all it said and more. It turned out to be great value and great fun as we had absolutely no problems with anything.

“Fantastic!”

We stayed 6 nights here for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were all exeptionally friendly, rooms were fantastic, food was great and the whole place had a really great atmosphere. It is about a $7 AUD cab fare to Kuta, but there are many great restaurants and massage parlours right across the road. Highly recommended!

“grand mirage nusau dua”

our first time in bali, and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, their staff and all round. good to note that as you come in to the area where the hotel is located, it might be abit of a culture shock, but once your through the gates at the hotel, its a diffrent world.
