部屋は綺麗、清掃もしっかりしてくれる 値段の割にいいほう 残念なのは、バルコニーが無いこと あと蚊とアリがいる

Pros: とにかく便利なロケーション!!!隣に新しいショッピングモール「ビーチウォーク」があり、夜まで観光客の出入りが多く、セキュリティも居て出歩くのに安心。欧米系ブランド、飲食店、地下にスーパーもあるので不便なことはなかった。ビーチも目の前でこの料金は素晴らしいと思う。
Cons: 水回りを改善した方がいいと思う。清潔に保たれているが劣化が見られ残念、汚く見えてしまう。また無料wifiの途切れもイライラしてしまうので改善されたらいいなと思う。
Location: クタビーチとビーチウォーク。クタビーチ沿いを散歩しながらディスカバリーモールまで行ってみたら20分強だった。帰りは町中を歩きながらホテルまで戻り、途中のマタハリデパートやアートマーケットなどに立ち寄れるので便利だった。
建物は新しくないが綺麗に保たれている。洗面所とバスタブの水は海水還元しているのか少ししょっぱく飲料不可だった。シャワーが壁についているタイプでシャワーヘッドの穴にカルキ(?)のようなものが付いていて全体的に水が出ないので不便。2-3階はバルコニーがなく窓だけ、1階と4階(最上階)はバルコニーが付いていた。 受付、ハウスキーピング、廊下で会ったスタッフ、みんなきちんと笑顔であいさつをしてフレンドリーでよかった。ホテル内アクティビティが多くプールでのレクレーション時は大きな音楽が聞こえてくるが、夜は静かなのでよかった。朝食は利用していないがルームサービスは可もなく不可もなく普通。 無料wifiが途切れることが多くイライラした。ロビーは比較的つながりやすく部屋で途切れることが多かった。無料なので仕方ないかな、と思いながら辛抱しました。笑 ホテル内アクティビティが多く、家族で宿泊している人が多かった。プールの横にバトミントンや遊具など遊べるスペースが見られたので子供連れの人にも便利だと思う。

Great Disappointment!!!

Pros: GREAT LOCATION !!! and the friendly staff.
Cons: It needs a big (long overdue) overhaul !!!
Location: The saving grace it's LOCATION with gd shopping mall next to it & beach right in front. I would book the hotel next to Harris in my next trip to Bali
The bathroom is aged and smell horrible. The towels are almost greyish. The bathtub looks dirty, we dare not take a bath, but jump in for a quick shower and jump out ASAP. Yes, it is that bad!

Not to bad , no pool bar .

The hotel was nice enough but seems to cater more to the Indonesian tourists , breakfast very asian oriented and there's no pool bar although drinks can be ordered pool side . Some activities they stated would be on were not .

スタッフの笑顔と優しさがGood!!

年末年始に小学生の子供と3泊しました。 卓球やバドミントン、プールやビーチ、ビーチウォークでのショッピング。毎日楽しく10泊しても足りないくらいでした。 日替わりアクティビティにも毎日参加し、キッズクラブはこちらからお願いすればいつでも臨機応変に対応して頂けました。 バリダンスやクッキングクラスなど、無料で参加でき、しかもクッキングはミーゴレンを好きなだけ作らせていただきました!! 特に気に入ったのは朝のヨガ。レベルも高く、バリ音楽を聴きながら椰子の下で朝日を浴びる最高の時間でした。

スタッフが明るくて感じがいいホテル

恐竜のキャラクターがいて、朝食の時に顔をだしてくれるので、お子さん連れにはとてもいいホテルだと思います! ビーチウォークが隣接していて、ビーチも近く、立地は最高です。 どのスタッフも明るくて、親しみやすく、とても気持ちがよかったです。
