“Excellent service!”

Recently stayed 5 nights and it was a great experience. Hotel is well suited to all travelers, but ideal for families as it is off the main entertainment strip. Small taxi fare if you want to get into Kuta central/beach. Service at the hotel was exceptional! We came in at 5am and needed an early check-in. Within an hour, the staff managed to get us in the next available room. From room service to the cafe and concierge desk - the staff are ready and willing to assist immediately. Would go back there for sure!

Great apartment for a family, location not the best but walk or taxi to Kuta centre. Everything else was fantastic!

“Great hotel, a bit isolated”

We booked this hotel in a hurry and thought it was closer to Kuta. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were very good and the rooms large and clean although the "riverview" is a view of a filthy storm water drain. Breakfast was not included but we received a 15% discount so it cost around R190000 for two so it wasn't bad. Other times we have been in Bali we would go out on the street for breakfast but there was nothing anywhere near us to go to. The hotels location is too far out of Kuta and not near any shopping or restaurants to be really considered a tourist hotel. We did walk to andf from Kuta which took around 25-30 minutes each way, but it is something you only do to try it out!! The hotel was well equipped with pools, including a toddlers pool. I believe the hotel is really aimed at business people as there were a number of conferences being held while we were there and there were very few "tourists" about. While I would recommend the hotel for those who want a purely relaxing few days, for those who want ready access to restaurants, shopping and the beach this hotel is not for you.

“If you like orange...”

As an Australian family with teenagers we were a bit lost here as it was geared up for the Asian market and not many Aussies there. The pool area wasn't used much by guests so no problem getting a chair-not many lounge chairs if there was to be a big crowd. Had a problem with a tap leaking in the room but they were helpful and tried their best. Can't fault the friendliness of all the staff. It was a bit far from the main centre of Kuta/Legian so always had to get taxi or hotel shuttle bus. If you're looking to meet and talk to other holidayers this is not the place but if you are looking for a quiet place then it is fine.
