“Loved it - only 1 small problem”

The staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good, everything worked perfectly we had no problems. The location is great, only a 3 min cab ride from Legian Street which is where you want to be. You could even walk there! There is no alcohol served at the hotel though, not even in the restaurant. No swim up bar! And the pool is in the shade for most of the afternoon, there is no where else to sit out and tan so if this is what you're after then I suggest choose a different hotel. But everything else was perfect, this hotel is GREAT for families!!

Having been to bali many times you come to expect friendly service and santika is no exception, the staff here go above and beyond that, i highly recomend it if your staying in bali for any period of time you stay at santika 8.5/10

“A little out of the way, but good value.”

A little out of the main stream, staff very helpful, good breakfast very good. Rooms a little small, very clean, and noisy because it faced the road .

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we enjoyed the relax atmosphere and the location as it was in the centre of most touris attractions in Kuta (beaches, clubs). If you are looking for a 3 star hotel to meet your limited busget, I centrainly recommend you have a look at this hotel.

“Good Hotel with Very Friendly Staff”

Hotel and Staff were lovely. Had a problem with the bathroom leaking and leaving water everywhere. Breakfast was not that great. Good location - walking distance to centre of Kuta. Again, Staff were exceptional and very friendly.

“Very pleasant experience!”

My experience overall was quite pleasant. The hotel was very clean, staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a good location- quite close to everything. The security is very helpful, he will find a cab for you. Also, I was told "Bluebird" taxi's are the way to go. Tip: Traveling by taxi is much cheaper than using the car service offered in the hotel.

“Relaxing holiday”

The Santika Kuta is a very clean hotel with staff that tend to your every need. The only downside is the distance from restaurants, shopping etc. Occasionally it was difficult to get a taxi back to the hotel which is about a 20 minute walk from Mata Hari Kuta. But we could not fault the hotel and the staff. The breakfasts were superb and the quality of service was outstanding. It was a pleasure staying at such a friendly establishment. I would definately recommend this hotel to travellers who want to visit Bali without the noise and hustle of central Kuta. Thank you Santika Kuta for a wonderful holiday!!

“Cheap and cheerful”

Good hotel overall, located far from the beach and general ammenities. No bar and central pool area echoed badly to surrounding rooms. Many mosquitoes. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Value for money but wouldn't do it again.

“Location lets this hotel down”

The staff were friendly, hotel was new and clean, however it was located too far away from the action in Kuta. It was quite busy with a lot of local tourists and tour groups.

We thought we had booked in central Kuta but did find the hotel comfortable but luck the extras. Room size was ok but smallest bathroom .Very noisy in terms of other rooms. WE were on 5th floor but could here the pool noise as well as other rooms .Not many restaurants close buy.
