Excellent stay at the Terrace Hotel at Kuta. Great staff, all friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the great security team. Pool is excellent, room was clean and air conditioning great. Fridge needs a bit of time to cool. Make sure to keep the door closed. Also make sure your room door closes when you leave and return. Will stay here again. Thank you

Everything is ok about this place except for the aircon that’s not really cold despite keeping the temperature at its lowest, and it can get a little noisy at night because of the bars nearby. Nice pool. Clean room.

Good hotel, excellent staff, underground parking facilities, decent size room and bathroom. Only hiccup we had was one of the room had air con and fridge not working properly in the begining, which was fixed later that evening.

Very nice property! Very clean and organized. The pool area is awesome, and the staff was great. They had a nice breakfast on location, and it is super close to good shops/restaurants/bars! Only complaint is the AC in my room was not good at all, all though keep in mind I’m from Canada and I’m use to cold. Maybe could use some improvement though. Overall good stay anyways!

Im solo female traveler i stayed for 5 nights and i feel very safe during my stayed,enjoyed cleaning, and I was amazed at how beautifully the beds were made while I was there. In addition, on the day of my final check-out, I looked under my bed runner to make sure I might have left my earrings, and when I did, I discovered my money—IDR 700000, or roughly $70 in Australian currency—which I had left there on Friday and had completely forgotten about for five nights. Whoever cleaned my room and made my bed didn't touch it, and when I saw the money, I felt something for that sincere person. I asked the housekeeper who had been cleaning my room for the past five days when I spotted them adjacent to my room. He replied thats Alit he did. I respect his honesty.Definitely i will book for this hotel again if i'm coming in bali.Thank you very much Hotel Terrace all staff. Thank you!

I got lied to at check in. Was told the room rate is only IDR400k but If I pay IDR475k breakfast is included. my expedia booking didn’t state breakfast but I asked the staff to confirm that 475k includes breakfast and he confirmed it to me twice. the next morning, voila, breakfast is not included and they refused to entertain my complaint. So I went for breakfast at Hrand La Walon across the street, much better selection for the same 75k price. felt cheated, will never come here again.

An amazing relaxing oasis in the middle of all the Kuta busy bustle! Very comfortable bed and room is large and ideal! Amazing pool! So close to the busy area of Kuta, but quiet enough to relax. Walkable to the beach from here too. I will stay here again next time!

The property is definitely like the pictures. It is a bit outdated and smells like mildew. First room I was given had broken AC and terrible view. After I complained I was moved to a better room with view to the pool which is the only “nice” view. Needs better maintenance, however staff was nice And willing to help.

I lived here in a room next to the pool for two weeks in August 2022. The pool is descent, I really enjoyed it. One side of the hotel is a bit noisy during the night, but I lived on the quiet side. The bathroom is large and clean, very convenient. The breakfast offered by the hotel is ok but the option is limited, not as good as many other hotels I lived in Indonesia. It is very convenient around the hotel. There are all kinds of bars, restaurants, convenient stores, massage shop in the neighborhood. A descent Sushi restaurant is located right next door to the hotel. The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. I will definitely consider this hotel if I travel to Bali again. Highly recommended.

Noisy and non-functional hotel
Non functional bathroom: not a single hook or towel bar to hang towels. No door in the standing shower, and so water splashes out all over the bathroom floor making it slippery, wet and dangerous. Besides, water puddle formed in the bathroom because of bad gradient. Disgusting to use more than once unless the cleaning staff comes and mops the water with a squeeze. Terrible construction noise form their own remodeling work and from the construction work going on in the neighboring buildings. Nothing good to say about this hotel. Hotel staff has very limited abilities to communicate and they don’t have any arrangements either with a tour company or with taxi. Absolutely, no info. You just get the room, stay in the room and find things on your own in a new and unknown place.

Convenient hotel location and clean rooms
The pool access rooms were fantastic. Rooms were clean and cosy. We will definitely return to the hotel again. Location was convenient with shops all around. Beachwalk Shopping Centre is a walking distance about 10 mins away.

I stayed here 4 years ago when the hotel was still quite new. Coming back, there are definitely signs of wear and tear now in the hotel. The sheets are a little stained, the wood a little more chipped. Perhaps some refurbishments or maintenance is in order. Breakfast is very basic and simple, with eggs made to order. At IDR75k/pax, perhaps it would be better to eat out. The area is very walkable with lots of restaurants available. The staff are nice but I didn’t have much interaction with them aside from check in/out and breakfast. Kuta is kinda dead, perhaps because of the coronavirus situation and also that more people are now spending time in Canggu instead.

Perfectly situated in Legian, easy walking distance to the beach, to shops and restaurants. Very quiet, nicely laid back hotel.
