I recently stayed at Kunti Villas with a couple of my girlfriends in a 2 bedroom villa. It was an absolute delight. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is not only delivered to your room but the staff set the table up beautifully for us - just great service. They also offered in room spa treatments very well priced, which we took advantage of one morning and absolutely loved. The pool is divine, the beds are super comfy and we absolutely loved our time here.

Hi , I had a lovely stay was nice a quite yet close enough to the main areas . Only thing is there is no restaurant and no food available after around 3pm . Other than that a great place staff was lovely .

Nice villa.
The villa was overall good, a little dated but quite nice, you couldn't open the venetians in the room to see the outside of the villa which was a little disappointing I like to let light in. Pool was clean. It is a little way out from the heart of Seminyak and the beach is about a 45 minute slow walk. If you don't like to walk suggest you get a bali sim card and download the Grab app and get a cab for around $1.20 the villa does not provide a shuttle sevice. The villa was very private we were in the villa closest to the reception area and busy road so tended to hear the traffic night and day ask for a room further from there if you want more quietness. Wifi worked well no drop outs. Staff were lovely and friendly. Brekky wasnt too bad. Overall not to bad a place.

Big, good and quiet villa to relax!
Quiet location with only 7 villas. Old property but good service overall. Breakfast was good choice. Basic amenities. Improvement could be a fan and extra TV in the living area. Otherwise can be hot when dining here. Fully booked when arrived and placed in 2 bedroom. Asked to move on last evening back to 1 bedroom. Inconvenience to guests. If u put guests in 2 bedroom then should leave them there. If u moved them at least offer a free wine or fruit basket as token of apology. This is customer service at wow level. Just suggestion to go extra mile for guests. Overall good experience. Loves the simple but delicious nasi goreng. Well done staff!

This hotel is on a busy road.
The hotel is on a busy road and not close to shops, beach or restaurants. Not good service, every day had to ask for pool towel, missing items from breakfast menu. The bed not very comfortable.

Great pool, just a shame it needs a lot of work done to it No curtains so at 5-6am you can’t sleep Mosquitos and other insects everywhere!! Cats come and eat your leftovers and you wake up with food all over the villa (outdoor kitchen) Breakfast is disgusting A little bit far from everything by foot

Nice Villa
Beautiful facilities and friendly helpful staff. Private pool was amazing and well kept. Bathroom was lovely with a beautiful big bath. Staff were always willing to help organise transport and for any needs that we had while we were there.

Great resort!
This is a great resort with very friendly staff! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to the crowds in Bali and to those who are looking for a quiet location to relax.

Clean room but furnishings were slightly old. Reasonably large pool with jacuzzi jets installed at the side of the pool. Bathroom and toilets are outside of the room and closer to nature. Wonderful service from staff!

Misleading - hotel is NOT in Seminyak.
Whilst the staff were lovely, the location was obscure and taxi drivers had no idea where it was. Had to turn on data for google maps!!! The good part is that the hotel is part of other villas actually Located in seminyak - which this wasn't - their advertising is false - the other villas were simply fab. Club Villas, •Seminyak - right in the heart of seminyak.

Loved having a private pool and it looks exactly like the pictures. Staff also can't do enough for you. It was just missing a wow factor- things were a bit dated and the bathroom area was mouldy and the shower and bath water was smelly. But great value for money!

Nice for a getaway
We had a nice time recently here. Only stayed 4 nights. It is a bit tired and linen etc is well used, but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Went out to buy ice for us, as they didn't have any. Breakfast is ok. A bit out of the way but a cab fare to Seminyak is $2-3 Aus. So it's actually nice to not have to spend so much in a plush place, but you can actually go out to nice restaurants etc. The pool is a great size and we used it well. The set up is nice. Huge outdoor bathroom and toilet. Nice outdoor living area. Probably needs a CD player for music :) Can't help bugs, its part of the tropics. If you want some quiet time, this is perfect for it.

Very comfortable and cosy Villa
We were there for 6 nights and were very impressed with the whole set up. Right from the first day,when checked in close to midnight! All the staffs were super friendly and bent over backward to help out.Our villa(no.5) was very quiet too considering how busy the road is. Trip to main shopping and eateries are only minutes away by taxi. Would definitely recommend!!

It was Jalan kunti 2 so far away from Seminyak
I didn't realise it was in Jalan kunti 2. Not easy to walk especially at night to good restaurants etc a little bit tired and not too much service but ok for price. Large villa with pool

We had an amazing time staying at Kunti Villas. The rooms was beautiful. Cleaned every day. The staff were so nice and went above and beyond for their guests. The breakfasts were great and also the room service food. Close to Main part of Seminyak. Would definitely reccommend.

Well its villa, nicer than the hotel for sure, but was pretty disappointing according to my other experiences in same area. First of all worst tap water smell i ever experienced, its like right out of sewage, taking shower was like nothing but torture. I also saw the biggest ever cockroaches in shower area, they were just giant! its island, we accept ants lizards, mosquitoes and salty bit smelly water but no one would like to deal with giant cockroaches and sewage water after paid a decent cost. Private pool was dirty as well. TV is small. Interior is old fashion. Other than these negative things, very friendly and fast response stuff, nice breakfast service, good location.

Our room was a spacious 1 bedroom villa with large pool. Relaxing and quiet, nice breakfast by the pool. Negatives: water from taps smelt a bit funny, taxis were often too busy when called so we always had to walk out to the main road and get one from there. Villas offer free shuttle 3 times per day.

Too many little problems
We did not have a pleasant stay. Toilet was broken on check-in. The mosquito net around the bed had stains all over it, didn't look like it had ever been cleaned. The furniture looks outdated. There were ants all around the pool area. We had loads of mosquito bites in this villa which seemed really strange as we were unaffected in the rest of Bali. We stayed in a similar set up last year where breakfast was served in the room and we were allowed to order anything off the menu but here we were told we could only order 1 type of breakfast off a list and the breakfast came cold 2 of the 3 days we were there. Also, the breakfast offering has changed but this is not updated on the menu so we found that we didn't get the breakfast we were expecting. Room service stops at 8pm which seems really early to me. Bathtub is really nice but the water flow was quite slow so it took 40mins to fill up. Shower was outside but like I mentioned, loads of mosquitos. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it. The pictures look really nice but its all the small things that lets this place down

It was such a good little villa
The staff were attentive, and very helpful. The breakfast was lovley . Wasnt as close to the seminyak shopping strip like i thought it may be about 10 mins in taxi . If you happen to get villa 6 beware of the electrical wires that electricuted me while i was trying to turn off the built in light in the cupboards . I did mention it , no upgrade not even a complimentry dinner and wasnt fixed was just told dont touch it . And be very very careful on the marble flooring near pool the amount of times i nearly fell over , bit of a death trap :-/ besides that it was a nice place and the staff were great.

Amazing Villa - Will book again!
These villa's were my favourite place to stay! As soon as we arrived the staff were very helpful - they ordered us blue bird taxi's if we needed to catch a cab to dinner or lunch. They arranged motorbike hire for us (only $7 a day). The room was so beautiful, bed was clean and fresh everyday. Pool was cleaned daily (massive pool was our favourite place to hang). Room service was delicious and well priced! Fresh towels for the room and mini bar restocked everyday. WiFi worked awesome had no troubles connecting. TV was great. We stayed 4 nights and wish we stayed longer. Location is great, short motorbike ride to get to everywhere in seminyak! Will be booking again and recommending to all of our friends! Putu was one of the managers at Kunti Villas and she was so lovely.

Great stay!
Kunti villa was set only a short distance from the centre of Seminyak and out of the main hustle and noise. The villas were beautiful and kept private as though you did not have any neighbours. The staff were excellent, so friendly and always willing to help with an requests and very accommodating.

Quiet, lovely villa we feel home.
I stayed in their 2-bedroom villa 5 nights with my 3 girl friends, the villa look exactly same as the photos online. the pool was clean daily, the bedroom and bathroom are spacious, bed are comfortable, the staff are super friendly, breakfast delivered to villa (only the choices are limited). the staff told me that all villas are occupied, but during the whole time there, we never seen or heard any noise from neighbors. its not the best location, but take a taxi to beach is only $5. Overall, we love this villa, will definitely come back.

The pickup from the airport was on time and excellent We are frequent travellers so we know that the photos of whatever we are booking are the best in the hotel/resort /villa , so we dont have elevated expectations ! The Kunti Villas location was fine for us as we were on a buying trip but they are getting tired .. Most likely indonesian owners as they did not have the westerners finer touches with decor etc We were given a two bedroom villa which was great however if we were sharing the actual layout for outdoor seating and ding are badly laid out No ice in the fridge or ice tray to make some .No wine glasses so we bought our own ! Creamer rather than milk provided ,no ipad connection.. The Villa was not Bad ,just lacking care and attention. Had we called reception they probably would has filled our requests but that was tiresome Pool area was not cleaned daily and beds not turned down at night .security did not stop the traffic to allow us out of the parking area unless we asked..just laziness

I stayed at Kunti Villas with 3 other friends for 1 night. Loved it! The pool size was big, it was great! Bathrooms had ample space too, and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was good, but nothing to shout about. Overall we had a great time and I would definitely come back again. Will definitely recommend Kunti Villas to friends and family!

The service the villa provided was great, breakfast was on time. They were able to help us with whatever we needed. However the villa was a bit worn, yes the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the pool tiles were dirty, pool water was dirty and the toilet smelled like sewage. Despite all these flaws, the service that they've provided really made our stay enjoyable. The villa is just a little too far away to walk to the restaurants nearby (took us at least 20minutes). So cab is the way to go, costs about 400,000IDR to get to Kuta.

Staying at this villas on 10th of june 2015. It's very peacefully even it was build on the middle of busiest city Bali. My kids are happy with the pool but hopely the villas management can build a pool for a kids.

Beautiful Villa
My lady and I stayed at Kunti Villa's for 6 nights and I have to say we where pleasantly surprised. The Villa's look just like the pictures. No bate and switch here. It is very peaceful and the private pool is a real pool not just a little puddle. The ground are well maintained and the location is a few minutes taxi ride to Seminyak Square about $3 US. Which was nice not to be in the middle of the noise.
