Bad experience! Villa not as bad as expected but horrible staff and especially management. Kicked guests out to get more room for people who booked it for a higher rate than the online rate. Dirty kitchen. Clean bed.

Pros: Not much
Cons: Air con inadequate,Wifi did not work, Security safe did not work, bathroom unfinished with bare concrete floor,villa was down a rocky lane at rear
Location: Reasonable access
Facilities: Disrepair, nothing worked; Value: Unreasonable, nothing like website; Service: Sloppy, unable to fix anything ; Other villa offered also has inadequate a/c. We went to another hotel

As commented before, telephone in the room NEVER work......The lock on th e bathroom door broken/unuseable, therefore cannot lock......Overall maintenance of the villas are bad....Services are by unprofessional teenagers.... .Fairly clean.....WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYBODY UNLESS THERE IS NO CHOICE !!!
