Lovely quiet place to stay near Uluwatu beaches. You do need a scooter or a car as nothing is walking distance. Relaxing stay out of the hustle and bustle. The only complaint is the beds are uncomfortable and hard. The staff are lovely and found my jewellery twice for me which I didn’t even know had fallen off so I am very grateful for that. Food is average but plenty of cute restaurants near by.

Really needs updating, not like the photos
Very very spacious room and bathroom. Good gym, nice staff and good AC. But The hotel really needs updating. The food is really terrible (and we tried many dishses) and you can just tell the grounds are not looked after - dirty pool, stained walls,dirty corridors, grass is faded and patchy and the rooms are in need of a deep clean - all in all it was okay but looks nothing like the luxury in the photos. Also worth noting that this is on a estate so it takes about 10 -20 mins by bike to get ANYWHERE so not ideal if you want this as a base for exploring uluwatu/ pecatu. This is fine for a few days but just not worth the money and expectations were set high from the photos

Loved the hospitality. The property and rooms itself were slightly below 4 star but around the property such as outdoors area were amazing and well kept. The staff were awesome, the breakfast choices were good.

Poorly managed, rude staff. Sewage water coming out the taps, had to wait 2 hours for someone to come have a look then had to argue to move rooms. Moved to a second room and non of the taps worked so eventually got put in a third room and the air con was rubbish Me and my partner had a fantastic massage from the 2 ladies in the hut very nice

Great hotel in good location and great price.
Very nice hotel. Great staff, courteous and friendly and efficient. The room upgrade was appreciated, the suite was gigantic. Clean and aircon was freezing cold. Food was good, breakfast worth the extra charge and pool was nice.

1bedroom suite room was very spacious for 2A&2C (18months, 5years). We really enjoyed our stay there very much. The room was clean, the staffs were nice. Alitle bit far to go anywhere if you don’t rent a car or motorcycle. No shuttle bus like mentioned in Expedia. Close to golf area. No kids clubs, only pool and simple playground for kids to have fun. If you look for some spacious space, this hotel is good option with reasonable price.

Very friendly staff. The room that I stayed in…2 bedrooms suite was very spacious. It just some minor things…one of the bathtub didn’t work. The kitchen amenities was “old”. Other than that….we enjoyed our stay!!

When we arrived they put us in a room where they clearly didn’t change the bed sheets(I found hair and dirty spots in the bed), the wall was dirty and furniture was broken. I was really upset that a hotel would give customers a room in that condition. I complained and they move us to a decent room (next day only and the hotel was empty) clean and nothing broken. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place is very ‘tired’ looking and is in desperate need of a refresh. The wooden decking around the pool was in poor condition with planks of wood not secured down and lifting up when you walked on them which is very dangerous. Also, when we requested a taxi the reception desk would not call for one and instead made us use their own car service at a high fee. Would not recommend this property to anyone. In actual fact I would go as far as to discourage anyone looking to stay here. Very disappointing.

Great staff who were helpful and accommodating. The building needs a refresh with the bathrooms sporting a gross amount of mould and floorboards with large cracks. Bed sheets and pillow cases were stained. BYO conditioner and body lotion as these aren’t provided. Breakfast buffet was decent with good selection. No espresso-based coffees available.

It's a comfortable stay there. Quiet and good environment. A good place if you would like to have living-out-of-town feel. However, quite a distant if you are going to the town. The only complaint from my parents is taking too long to reach a place.

Beautiful resort, really big but also really empty! Had the pool to myself most of the time and was waited on personally by 4 bar staff all afternoon. The layout is really confusing but well signed. The rooms onto the pool are beautiful, highly recommend. Restaurant was also lovely but again, no one else there. The only downside of this place is that there's nothing close by, you have to get shuttles or taxis or hire a scooter to go anywhere.

For the most part this hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. In my opinion the best part of the hotel is the large pool. It was never crowded so getting a bed was easy. Cons: -There is a gym, but the AC was not working for the 5 days we were there, making it unbearable to workout in 100 degree(F) temp. Wouldn't think it takes that many days to get a tech to come fix the air system. -Hot water would go out after around 5 minutes. -Slow service: the staff were very nice, but perhaps not all that greatly trained. On two separate occasions the cleaning person took our towels but forgot to give us new ones. When I called to ask about getting a new towel, they sent an employee to my room. Only problem here is that he didn't knock and just entered while my girlfriend was taking a shower with the door open. He was very apologetic, but really absurd nonetheless. Also worth noting that the hotel is inside a massive resort. Just getting out of there takes around 5 mins by scooter. If you plan on not going out much, this won't be an issue.

The property is beautiful and the staff is really friendly. They lack maintenance in the sense of ac to the gym was not working and the WiFi was horrible. If you need to work while on vacation or even check your emails, this place will not be the one to be in.
