“Our experience of Novotel Benoa Bali - March 2012”

We originally booked a deluxe room which was excellent. We were upgraded for six nights to a Tropical Garden room due to renovations to the thatched roof. This too was excellent and closer to the beach. . The final night we had an upgrade to a Villa with private pool. This was outstanding. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The dining and drink prices were very reasonable for a hotel in of that class. Plenty of Mini Marts nearby also. Would recommend this hotel for families or couples. The only downside was that due to its location you had to negotiate the traffic jams to get to other parts of the island

“second visit not disappointing”

This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. It was what we remembered and enjoyed the first time. All staff, regardless of their job, were friendly and helpful. Our room was upstairs on the road side and we loved the quiet of the Nirwana pool. The Penida pool is where the "action" is including aqua aerobics which is great fun. The friendly security man that safely sees you across the road said on our last night"see you next year!" and maybe he will.

“Second visit and very happy”

We just came back on the 15th of may from a 10 night stay and very happy with the hotel and staff. Things we love about the hotel The choice of 3 pools is good and the gardens and beach are great. The extra activities and night time entertainment are a good bonus. The buffet breakfast is great. The room is good and cleaned each day. We find the staff to be friendly and helpful. There is now free wifi in the lobby.

“We are missin' it already!”

This is my second stay at Novotel Bali Benoa. The first was some 6 years back. things never change, still as good, friendly and efficient staff and comfortable rooms. My 2 little nieces had a wonderful time at the "kids club" - they were brought to the pool (fully equipped with safety vests) and taught handy-crafts and some other games - which they simply loved it! Staff at Novotel Bali Benoa are extrememly efficient and helpful - my request via emails which I taught will faced some hiccups turned out all perfect. Everythig was arrange as per request. All in all, I'll definitely come back again and recommend you to stay there too!

The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The room decoration and environment is pleasant. Beautiful beach and relaxing beach side environment make you feel the amount you spent there is worth it.

“Fantastic Time”

We organised a wedding in Bali and recommended all our guests to stay there. Overall, both our guest and our experience with the Novotel was fantastic!!! We didn't have one compliant from our guests who all thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We chose the Novotel because it caters for everyone including children, the elderly, teenagers and Gen Y and Gen X. It was close to great surfing spots like Uluwatu and just close enough to busy Kuta. Most of guest took taxi's into Kuta, some felt it was a little far away but others felt it was far enough away. It depended on the person. The boys scootered to beautiful Uluwatu beach which was approximately 20 - 30 minutes from the hotel. Others didn't leave the hotel they loveed it that much!!!

Stayed for eleven nights and could not fault the service provided at resort. Prices were reasonable and we enjoyed a very relaxing holiday
