“Just had a lovely holiday, wish I was back there now!”

The hawkers on the beach were very controlled so as the guests were not over annoyed but this is not the normal Bali it is a 5 star Bali experience to suit overseas travellers. Nothing wrong with this but make sure you venture out of the resort and have a look at Bali otherwise you are missing out on visiting a whole different culture that should not be missed. The Balinese are very friendly and less than a 10 minute walk from the Resort. The Resort was terrific and would go back , You would feel fine to bring your young children here as you would feel very safe and well looked after. We had a few days in Legian before going to Nusa Dua, Only about $10 in a taxi, nice change!

“Benchmark for holiday resort”

We stayed at Nusa Dua beach hotel and spa at Palace club suite for 7 days before moving to The Legian hotel in Seminyak. Palace club is an exclusive area with beautiful quiet environment, large and very nicely arranged apartments with big balconies and exceptional service including complementary high tea, cocktails, 24 hours tea, coffee, juices and butler services, and late checkout at 3pm. We believe it is a benchmark for holiday resorts. We wish we could stay there all 12 days instead of moving to another hotel that we booked in advance. We highly recommend Nusa Dua beach hotel and spa.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile. The restaurants are of the highest quality and I strongly recommend the Asian Bistro and the traditional Balinese restaurant. The breakfast area is a relaxing area and the food selection will satisfy a wide variety of needs. The pool area is just amazing and the spa is relaxing and tranquil. The pool bar became a faviourite location as did the fitness area and the daily activities. The shuttle bus to Bali Collection runs every hour but is also a short walk from the hotel. I stayed in the traditional Balinese room and next time will probablly stay in a more expensive room as I was occassionally woken up by gheckos scratching on the roof! However, the room was always clean and well equipt and I always had a good nights sleep. Strongly recommend this hotel.

“A memorable experience”

As a member of the Palace Club, the service was first class, both in the Club and elsewhere in the hotel. The lap pool and the 24 hour smoothies were really luxurious. We didn't lose any weight, but we intend to return six monthly at least.

“Top notch property, service, & amenities”

100% satisfied with my stay. The hotel grounds are like a royal palace and the rooms are all hard wood with beautiful views. There are gardens, ponds, & fountains throughout the hotel grounds. Staff were courteous and prompt. The resaraunt & bar prices were surprisingly affordable as was the room service. The pools were comfortable and beautiful to the eye. The morning buffet is in a fountained garden and is beautiful as well. The property sits on one of the nicest beaches in Bali. This hotel is quiet quiet quiet! If you are looking for solitude, you WILL find it here. If not, many local restaraunts and bars are a 15 minute walk. The hotel has hourly shuttle to the small down of Nusa Dua that is free!

“Nice place, but make sure to get a good room type.”

We boked a Premier room, but up on arrival we were given Deluxe room. We clearly remembered that our room was suppose to have a bathtub, so we complained and immediately were given a good room. Apart form that little accident everything was great. Beach was quite nice, what was difficult to find in Bali in fact. All area is isolated from the city , even though it's not far. It easy to access other luxury hotels from the beach. They may be better a bit, but the price is also double. I would definitely call it good value for the money.

“Great for families”

Good hotel, clean and well taken care of. Staff are friendly and provided great service. The kids club is free so if you need so time away from the young ones for some shopping or just a quiet moment and they loved it too.

“Absolutely fantastic!”

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we had the best time! We are so glad with our choice of hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the grounds were beautifully maintained, the hotel is very much decorated in the Bali-style, and the beach is fabulous. We paid a little extra to be Palace Club members and we'd highly recommend this - full breakfast was included each morning in the private gardens (where you had a choice of anything you wanted!), afternoon tea in the afternoon, and evening cocktails from 6-8pm. You also get private check-in and check-out, and they will arrange for any of your needs (spa day, drivers to explore other parts of Bali, etc). We highly recommend this hotel and would go there again ourselves in a heartbeat!

“Amazing resort holiday”

Amazing resort away from the noise and drama of Kuta. The hotel was beautiful, staff amazing and I can't wait to return. The Spa is really worth a visit, the pool area is so peaceful if the main pools are a little busy. All the food we had was fresh and well made. I was so sad to leave.
