Welcoming entrance to hotelPosted Oct 31, 2013
Room was clean staff are friendly except for 1 not so nice encounter at Chess Bar.. What we enjoy the most is the beach with clear water and kept clean. We truly enjoy the Spa and had one of the best massage!! Perhaps the quality of food need improvement... it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay..

Comfortable hotel with a nice Balinese feel to it.Posted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: We liked the privacy offered by the hotel. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the grounds beautifully kept.
Cons: My only criticism is the high surcharge put on taxis by the hotel. one surcharge was four times the actual cost of the trip.
Location: The location is perfect.. We did not visit many locations as we went to chill out but the major shopping centre nearby was excellent.
We felt very relaxed at the hotel, which was the purpose of our visit.

Peaceful getawayPosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
We wanted to relax after much busy traveling. This place was perfect. Right on the beach and a more local Bali feel. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We stayed three nights and didn't leave the property. The meals were good and they had a buffet with a cultural dance right on property. We enjoyed a massage at the spa and soaked up the sun. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome stay @ this hotel...Posted Aug 21, 2013 on Hotels.com
Everything was nice except the wi-fi service. Couldn't check our emails during our stay. However, it did n't matter much to us as we were on holiday hideout trip.:-)

Excellent value with a great breakfastPosted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Brilliant breakfast, good sized rooms and even though we went cheap the value was good.
Cons: Dinner menus in restaurants are very western oriented and although we didn't eat at the hotel I am guessing local dishes will be down on spices.
Location: Fantastic to walk for a good hour on flat, wide footpath / beach - such a rarity in Bali. Pretty at night, lots of weddings, lights, restaurants.
Rooms are large and comfortable, very clean and well presented. Breakfast was excellent with a great range of western, Indonesian, Chinese etc food served up in a lovely setting beside a small pool of water lilies. We were hesitant about Nusa Dua as we travel a lot and it looked as if it would be a bit Disneyland. But if you are arriving on a late night flight and want a couple of nights before heading elsewhere its ideal.

Great relaxing holidayPosted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Had a full programme of activities to do. If you wanted to! Quiet lap pool to relax.
Location: Near to all the shopping in Nusa Dua.
The hotel has a calm atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. You would have to be very picky to not find what you like.

Frustrating, Old, non-functioning.Posted Aug 19, 2013
Like all Nusa Dua hotel's it's not the "real Bali" and that's fine I've been there several times and didn't expect an authentic experience. But this place is SO out of date, rooms are old and in disrepair, had to room change 3 times until I got a room w/AC and where the room was functional. Concierge and Bell Staff tried to arrange transportation/trips for me that were SO much more expensive than they should be. They prey on the "first timers" to Bali don't be fooled! One of the worst things is the lack of Internet. They only have wired in the rooms and the cables don't work for newer computers. The only choice is the business center which is soo slow and what's worse they have "free" wireless in the lobby but it is so bad and the entire population of the hotel is huddled around it that it can take 40 minutes for an email to open! Only about 10% of the rooms are even sea view. The only things that are good is a great beach, breakfast and location. But everything else is frustrating. You can't even get a chair at the beach or pool unless you get up super early. Skip it, pay the extra money and stay somewhere else in Nusa or better yet Jinparan or Sanur.

Relaxing holidayPosted Jul 16, 2013
Pros: Nusa Dua location and friendly staff
Cons: High priced taxis and drinks
Location: Excellent location in secure Nusa Dua area
It was a relaxing and overall excellent experience. Breakfast had a large variety and my family were more than happy. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Pity that the hotel taxis are over priced, walk to the entrance and you will find far cheaper taxis waiting. Go to Bali Collection (10 minute walk or $3 taxi ride away) for cheaper good meals and shopping. The Nusa Dua area has loverly gardens and excellent secuirity.
