Love the Padma!

Posted Jan 12, 2015
Location: Try the "Bella Vista" coffee shop and restaurant right near by for some great food at good prices.
We had another wonderful stay at the Padma. It truly is an oasis amongst the chaos that can be Legian. Beautiful grounds, great room, excellent food... and the new kid pool area in the back was perfect for our 6 and 10 year old kids.

A very BIG place

Posted Jan 1, 2015
Pros: The staff were exceptional Beautiful pool areas The gardens were amazing
Cons: Shame they couldn't screen the guests....anyone without basic manners or think treating the Balinese rudely shouldn't be allowed in.
Location: Near the beach & lots of shops or you can just relax in your own room or watch the cricket downstairs in the Deli
We had 5 nights booked and paid for. After 2 nights of enduring appalling street noise and loud thumping music until 2am we asked to be moved. Poolside room was much nicer and no street/music noise at night...only to be subjected to our neighbours screaming and arguing continuously....he was much worse and his language was disgusting. We did report it but were concerned he would turn on us if he found out. The Padma is a great hotel for families and there were hundreds of happy kids and kids programmes so they would have had a fabulous time. We just found the hotel to be way too big for us. Tip for any future guest...get down to breakfast very early (around 6.30-7.00) and avoid the feeding frenzy around 9.00, the pushing and shoving etc. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We love the Balinese people...so gracious and polite.

A nice way to finish our trip

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Pros: The Lagoon pool
Cons: The price
Location: All in walking distance, the beach, restaurants, shops, transport. Very central.
We spent 2 months in Bali and staying at the Padma for the last 7 nights really topped it off! It was very relaxing, a lot of lazing around the pool. Our room was lovely and we were upgraded to a pool view which was very nice. The staff were friendly and food was great, although a little pricey. The manager at breakfast one morning kindly brought my daughter something that wasn't on offer that day, which she was very chuffed about . Very close to everything so you could eat out if you preferred. Great pillow selections..

アクセス便利

Posted Dec 14, 2014

The best place to stay in Legian!

Posted Dec 10, 2014
Pros: Most stunning resort in Bali...always love staying at the Padma.
Cons: Wine glasses in the room.
Location: Check out Jimbaran Bay (about 20 mins drive from Legian) for a delightful seafood dinner and sunset on the beach.
This was our fourth time staying at the Padma Resort in Legian and as always it was a wonderful experience. The staff are always professional and friendly; the service and food is outstanding; the rooms are excellent; the location is brilliant; the grounds with their two massive pools are stunning and the prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bali. Absolutely faultless!!!
