Good atmosphere but a little out of the way

Pros: The pools were amazing
Cons: More lounges around the pools would be great
Location: 10 min walk to main streets, easy access to all tours etc
This is a lovely hotel, we stayed here for 3 days but renamed it Bisma bootcamp. Our room was located at the furtherest distance from the hotel lobby, this wasn't an issue but be prepared for the stairs! Luckily we had to pass the two beautiful infinity pools along the way to the top. Our room overlooked the forest and was extremely peaceful. The hotel was a little out of the way if you are on foot and the walk home late at night was a little daunting for 2 women. Much easier if you are on a scooter. Best to go in to town for food, the breakfast was pretty basic and no bananas available for desert despite being able to almost grab them ourselves from our balcony. The room and bathroom was large and good air conditioning. Shower could do with a scrub but I have seen a lot worse. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to relax by the beautiful pool.

Not what we expected !!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Honesty in advertising and when dealing with customers.
Location: Difficult to find
Appalling. Didn't actually stay. Booking was for a room with a double bed and 2 single beds. They kept us waiting for some time before showing us to a small room with 2 single beds and a roll away bed. Roll away bed collapsed when I sat on it as it was on bricks. We refused to stay given we were being charged for a room they would not provide.

Pertiwi Bisma 1 Visit July/August 2013

Pros: We liked the staff.
Cons: Pool Area, not enough lounge seats for the guest to sit on.
Location: The location is not near a road but surrounded by rice paddies and the forest which was very pleasing to look out at.
I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful if at times some where difficult to understand. The breakfast was not up to standard, the hot food was often cold and some of it not fresh. The kitchen in the evening was not available due to the few guests at the beginning of our stay but that improved as more guest arrived. We ate out most of the time. Our room was supposed to be a double bedroom but the bed was made up of 2 single mattresses on a double bed which we found uncomfortable. The mattresses kept moving. We didn't ask to be moved because we liked the view from our balcony looking out at the pool. I did mention it to one of the staff when we were leaving. .
