Great hotel and garden setting right at the beach.Posted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: The lovely garden setting, the staff were out to please, it was very clean.
Cons: We were happy with what we got.
Location: We found a lovely man out front of hotel, cheaper than taxi, he took us wherever we wanted to go, waited and then took us back to hotel,
Very relaxing, lovely setting, kids did not want to leave it for sight-seeing, we felt it was a holiday in it's self. Two lovely pools and the sea as well.

Great hotl close to beach, shops and restaurants.Posted Nov 28, 2013
Pros: Hotel is on the beach and close to beachside restaurants and shops. Also a couple of minutes walk to the road where there are shops and restaurants.
Cons: Room was a little dated but clean and spacious. Great great view and nice balcony.
Location: Close to Denpasar, 20 min drive to Kuta and easy to get the boats to Nusa Lembongan.
Great hotel we were upgraded from a standard room to a beach view room.

Great staff made for a lovely stayPosted Nov 13, 2013
Friendly and helpful staff made our stay a very pleasant experience. We had one small gripe, the shower was pathetic. A dribble was the best we could get out of it. I love a strong refreshing shower but this was barely adequate. We were on the third floor and it seems they rely on mains pressure to get the water up there. They need a roof tank to give pressure. Great restaurants nearby and the hotel food was great too. Pools were beautiful. Seawalker based there also plus glass bottom boats and jet skis. Hotel does not serve Bintang only bali hai beer.

The setting is absolutely stunningPosted Nov 12, 2013
Cons: Pool towel system.... 1 towel per person is too little-2 would be better More bicycles Fresh fruit and flowers every 3 days please
Brilliant! The staff are very helpful. The gardens beautiful and the beach walking track is a big bonus. Gamelan playing in the mornings is lovely. I can't wait to go back next year.

Beautiful landscaping, beachside, delicious foodPosted Nov 12, 2013
We found this place on expedia and weren't 100% sure what we would be getting, but the moment we arrived it was clear we made the right decision! This place is for those who want a more relaxing vacation, near to lots of amenities without feeling overwhelmed by crowds. Beautiful rooms, amazing greenery around the two pools, meals right on the beach. When we walked the boardwalk it was clear that this is one of the more upscale places, but at a reasonable price. We saw someone else comment on expedia that they got a free upgrade from a garden view to an ocean view. This happened for us as well. Probably it depends on how full they are when you go. The difference was that we were on the 3rd floor and could see a sliver of the water instead of being on the ground floor in the courtyard. Both were nice, but ocean view is a bit more private. Delicious plate of fruit greeted us in the room. Beautiful stone & wood updated decor with high standard of cleanliness. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Note however that prices at the hotel will be more expensive than if you go out to the street (taxi, food). Depends if you want to pay for convenience or save a few extra bucks. A nice thing is you are close enough to seemingly unending choices of food and taxis in this area of Sanur. Day trips to other areas of the island are totally doable from here. The hotel also offers free yoga lessons several times during the week. We had a great time trying it for the very first time.

Fantastic hotel with great locationPosted Nov 8, 2013
We stayed in the club room here and had the best holiday ever..perfect for honeymooners, as well as families. Located on the beach with restaurants on the door step. Nothing is to much for the staff. Can't wait to return one day.

Beautiful resortPosted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: The beach location, gardens and pools, friendly helpful staff, restaurant and bar area with views of ocean and the lovely breezes.
Our stay from check-in to check-out was perfect. We were given an upgrade to the beach garden room which was closer to the beach and a complimentary 10 mins each massage at the Spa which was most appreciated. The staff were always helpful and the gardens and pools were attractive and well maintained. Our flight out was not until evening but after midday checkout we were able to use hotel facilities with towels for the pools and the convenience of a shower before leaving for the airport.

Enjoyed our stayPosted Oct 14, 2013
Pros: The pools were great!
Location: Lots of places to eat. You should note that some time the tide is low in October so it is hard to say what kind of beach view you will have.
It was a nice and large hotel. The location was right in the middle of everything which we enjoyed for eating out. The hotel had food but it was more expensive than going out. We were upgraded for free which was very nice!
