“I would stay there again if I stayed in Kuta”

Very easy acess to Kuta but private. Security before entering the hotel area.

“Ramada Bintang”

Great hotel,good breakfast ,excellent service,pool area had plenty of lounges,kids club was great for our 9 year old.we had a family room with a king and two singles and there was plenty of room,we would stay here again.

“Good value for money”

We had special rate from expedia for 3 nights stay in Bali, which turned out to be a very good value for money (Net rate -tax included- + Breakfast for 2 for 3 days). Overall hotel's service was very good, as you'll get someone to pick you up at the airport (it's a free service from the hotel, but you have to let them know 1st), you also will get a welcome drink and a welcome bouquet once you're checking in. Hotel's guest relation / concierge staff was also very helpful and friendly. Hotel's Exterior might be a bit old, compared to those new hotels around Kuta, Bali but the interior was quite modern and comfy. Swimming pool was also a bit old, but there were plenty of activities during the day, like : Swimming pool aerobics and stuffs Although the quality of the food may not be that fantastic but the breakfast package was fine, you'll get a fulfilling breakfast in the morning with lots of varieties (they served Western/Asian foods for breakfast). The hotel has got a private beach at the back of the hotel but I wasn't really impressed with the beach as I was told (during my visit - Jul 2008) that they're still in the process of renovating their private beach. Hotel's location was very strategic, you're just a walking distance away from Centro Shopping Centre, Bubba Gumps Restaurant, Bali Waterbom, Bali's Slingshot and the last but not least, you're just 7-10 minutes away from the airport.

“Relaxing and Friendly”

All the staff were very friendly and understanding. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many different foods. The pool was gorgeous and the location on the beach was great. The whole hotel looked beautiful with traditional bailanese feel to it.

“Enjoyable surroundings”

Whilst the rooms were very tired and in need of remodeling, the overall feel and look of the main grounds to the hotel were very enjoyable and relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the general location was excellent. Fantastic breakfast facilities.

“Not a bad hotel for the price.”

Its located about 15 min walk away from the bars in legion if that is your thing. The beach right outside the hotel is NOT very clean, we walked up and down each way about 10 minutes and it was lined with trash. Not the hotels fault but beach front was one of the reasons we booked the Ramada. Facilites are nice enough. Wifi Costs a bit if you need it. Overall not a bad place to stay depending on the price you get the room for. Ferbris 3 star across the street is a better deal at half the price.
