“Fantastic Hotel”

Had 2 weeks here in Nov/ Dec and had a fantastic time. The staff were really helpful and made our stay an absolute pleasure. It was quiet when we were there so no problems getting a lounger although due to the setup you loose the sunshine about 5:00. The pool and jacuzzi's were really relaxing and the pool bar was perfect for an afternoon drink. Really enjoyed the fact it was a little but further out and Kuta was a cheap taxi ride about 20 mins away or use the hotel drop off and pick up service which is really handy. Didn't use the beach opposite the hotel but strongly recommend taking hotel bus upto Geiger beach, great sand and sea and the beach cafe is good value for money. Felt safe walking around at night, 10min walk upto restaurants particularly good were Bumbu Bali (go on cultural show evening and they will pick up and drop off from hotel)Sea Queen and La Scala, great prices for food although wine is a little pricey.The hotel restaurant Tao was really good, food great, service great. The conceierge are a great help they will book taxi', restaurants and are bery polite. All in all really enjoyed our time in Bali and the hotel was fantastic. Recommend the Spa the massage and reflexology is great. Big thanks to all there you really made our holiday fantastic and would definatly go again.

“Brilliant Bali Hotel”

The minute I stepped out of the taxi from the airport I was greeted by warm and friendly staff. The room was beautiful and so was the entire hotel. My friend and I were very happy with the quality of service and would stay again. On my final day I went around and shook the hands of all the staff that I had encountered, they were brilliant and helped us with everything. Such a relaxing time in a tranquil setting.

“If you have to stay in Nusa Dua”

Nusa Dua is not my choice of an area to stay - but it was close to where my convention was. For a real holiday, I'd head to Seminyak or Ubud. But if you have to stay in Nusa Dua, then this hotel is not a bad choice. It's very well maintained with huge rooms, very comfortable, and good service. Lots of tourists, but that's what you'd expect in Bali. And the price was reasonable. That's all I have to say.

“Brilliant!”

This was a fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were so friendly and very eager to help. Rooms are supplied with a safe and you are also given two bottles of water each day. Buffet breakfast was also great - something for everyone. Beach is over the road. Plenty of watersports or if you just want to relax just chill by the pool on the beach. Both Hotel restaurants very good.

“Amazing value for money in plush resort”

We had an excellent stay at Ramada Resort Benoa, with a very comfortable and welcoming poolside room. The staff were amazingly friendly and really helpful. It seemed remarkable to get a high class experience for comparatively so little money. A great way to relax at what was for us the end of a 3 month trip.

“Excellent holiday”

We stayed at a two bedroom villa with pool for two weeks. First impressions were excellent and just got better and better. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was excellent and the pool was a real boon even though the hotel has two pools. The food in the hotel was very good (room service was excellent) and we really enjoyed lunch by the pool at the Tao Restuarant across the road. We ate at both the hotel restuarant and the Tao on a number of occasions and always found the food to be excellent. Prices were reasonable although you could eat more cheaply at local restaurants. The in-house acoustic quartet which play nightly except on a Sunday were great (ask for the 'Chilli Song'!). Their set was very varied traditional Balinese songs one minute then Wish You Were Here by Pink Floyd the next. The beach opposite is not suitable for swimming due to the water sports activity but the hotel operate a twice daily shuttle bus to Geger beach which is nice and secluded. The hotel also operates a daily shuttle to Kuta and the Bali Collection shopping centre in Nusa Dua also operates a shuttle bus on a more or less hourly basis. The Ramada is right at the end of the Benoa penisula so can seem a bit cut off. We loved the seclusion which is in stark contrast to the situation in Kuta and would definitely return to the Ramada if we came back to Bali.

“A nice quiet place to stay!”

This hotel is well managed with service second to none! The environment was clean, quiet, and a great place to get away from it all! If you're into water sports, then you picked a perfect location - as the beach with all of this activity is right outside (100m from the front).

Overall this Hotel is highly recommended due to the quality of the rooms, the food, the friendliness of the staff and the laid back feel it had. It was clean with a nice pool, swim up bar and small gym. The suite we booked was wonderful, with a 4 poster bed and living room, they even put a DVD player in there for us! All in all the staff really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The only draw back if you want a nice beach is that this end of Nusa Dua does not have a good beach, and you must cross the road to be on the beach. The Thai restaurant belonging to the Hotel is on the beach and we loved the food there.

“Bali”

Wow! the hotel was beautiful. clean, tidy, very polite and kind staff. situated in a very good location, with great ease to travel around to see the rest of the island.
