“Can't wait to go back next year”

Very nice hotel away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Kuta, which is about 30 minutes away from the mainstream.

“Well worth considering when staying in Bali”

Initially had planned to stay in the hotel for ony a week but was hugely impressed with the quality of the hotel as a whole as well as the great value for money so decided to return to the hotel after only a few days in other hotels. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and courteous, facilities were good with the choice of 2 pools (one garden and one beach front), both with swim up bars and shallow areas perfect for sunbathing in. The rooms are clean and comfortable with large beds, air-con, mini bars, satellite TV, balconies and large bathroom with generously sized shower. The gym is badly in need of refurbishment and the tennis court is more suited to the amateur wanting a gentle knock-around. An improved/cheaper internet service would help guests looking to arrange holiday activities or stay in touch with friends/family as the local Internet cafe is not worth visiting. The buffet breakfast and restaurant dinners were served in clean dining areas and were well presented with plenty of choice. Overall this hotel was very impressive for the price and is one I would recommend to anyone staying in Bali that wants to avoid staying in the mainstream locations of Kuta and Sanur but avoid the expensive hotels found in Nusa Dua. Nightlife is very limited in the local area with one or two bars and local singers based in most restaurants. Definately the choice for those who prefer to relax and unwind during the evenings.

“Very, very pleasant stay.”

The Ramada stay was great for us. The hotel is beautiful, it's employees extremely pleasant and helpful and the service was great. The facilities are top class and we especially enjoyed the breakfast area, service and the variety and myriad of food and drink provided each morning. One small observation here though is that at those times when there was a maitre'd on duty (who stood at the 'Please wait to be seated" sign and directed people to their seats) things were always orderly, when not there, some people (very rude) just barged through ahead of others in front. This annoyed many of us who witnessed these occassions. Overall, a magic stay at the Ramada and Nusa Dua in general, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta and Legion.

“Try Another Hotel”

Could not fault the staff - they are the friendliest and most wonderful people whose smiles light up your day. The gardens are lush, mature and superb and are a treat to walk through and the pool was excellent but the hotel itself was a huge let down. it is old and very tired and a a smell of rising damp on the ground floor was overpowering at times. The hotel needs some serious money injected into it to bring it up to the typical Nusa Dua standard. The food also was a let down and we stopped looking forward to breakfast after day 2. Have been travelling to Bali and staying primarily at Nusa Dua/ Tanjung Benoa for several years now but I will not be returning to this hotel. I can understand why it is only 3.5 stars.

“Good price - nice restaurant”

Good hotel for budget price. At the end of the Nusa Dua resort - really need to get a taxi anywhere. Hotel big, staff friendly, a bit tired but nice enough. Excellent restaurant and pool, and private beach available for hotel guest across the road - this made the trip worth it. No internet provided. Hotel entertainment in evenings though we didn't participate. Nice spa / beauty treatments for very reasonable prices compared to UK. Plenty of restaurants on strip and other hotel resorts to eat in - some of which offer you a taxi trip back to your hotel when you are finished.
