Nice hotel, good services, helpful staffPosted Jan 3, 2014
The breakfast buffet was very good and free. The hotel hooked us up with free shuttles that were awesome and outside of their regular shuttle service, the hotel was able to set us up with taxis that were clean, reliable and cheaper then the ones out on the economy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples who want romance, relaxation and Bali adventure.

We had a great timePosted Oct 13, 2013
Pros: Staff. Pools.Garden.
Cons: The breakfast was ok but not amazing.
Wwe thought the place was lovely. The villa was a bit old but in good condition. The grounds were beautiful as were the pools. Some people dont like the beach across the road as its pretty busy but we felt it was great. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help. The gave us a late check out and then also a courtesy room later in the evening to freshen up before our late flight. Would definitely go back.

Clean, friendly, and great servicePosted Nov 10, 2012
Pros: The service from the tour counter, the front desk, and the resturants was amasing
Cons: The location was a little far from sights, but there was a free shuttle from the hotel and another to bali collection
This was by far one of the best stays I have had throughout the world. The staff is a five star service and the location was calm with ample shuttle service throughout the island. AWESOME

Great for a family holidayPosted Oct 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
My husband and I had stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was polite and helpful. Our only complaint is that the the reception staff did not provide correct information. As in the hotel had some traditional Balinese dinner on a Friday night however we were informed by the staff at reception that it is on Saturday and we made our plans accordingly. It was only on Saturday that we were informed that we missed out on the dinner. This is just one of such incident. We just wish that the staff at the reception desk were correctly informed. Otherwise our stay was wonderful. We had a lovely time.

Rooms very old and dirty. Under heavy constructionPosted Aug 2, 2012
Pros: Nice and attentive staff
Cons: Very old and dirty rooms. You need to cross a busy street to reach the beach. Heavy construction from 7am until Midnight
Location: It's situated in Tanjung Benoa, which is about a 20-30min drive from the airport (depending on traffic).
This hotel is currently under very heavy renovation and construction (as of August 2012). The main hotel is currently being renovated while there is heavy construction on the adjacent plot of land. Construction starts at 7am and continues through midnight! The rooms are very old, and look like they haven't been renovated since the 1970's. The floor is very dirty, bed is old, dirty and hard, sheets stink. The bathroom towels are grey and smell like they have been used to wipe floors. The bathroom is very old, dirty and there are stains everywhere. They have only started renovation of the lobby area, and they haven't even started renovating any rooms, so I would venture to say that it'll take more than 1 year until renovation and construction are complete so don't plan to stay there in 2012 or 2013. Before you stay there in 2014, make sure to ask the hotel whether or not they have fully completed all renovation and construction. The hotel is split into 2 parts, the lobby and the rooms are across the street from the beach. So you actually need to cross a busy street if you want to go from your room to the beach. This arrangement is very inconvenient. The only saving grace is that the hotel employees were all nice and attentive. However, this was totally not enough to make up for the terrible condition of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great value.Posted Jan 3, 2012
Pros: Quiet location in Tanjung Benoa and the large rooms which were great value.
Location: Located in the quiet end of Jalan Pratama in Tanjung Benoa. About 10-15 minutes walk from the majority of restaurants and shops.
A really lovely Balinese style hotel which offers great value for money. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds are really well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. Really good value in Tanjung Benoa. Note the beach is quite noisy given there are so many watersports in Tanjung Benoa however this did not bother me.

Try Another HotelPosted Aug 1, 2011
Could not fault the staff - they are the friendliest and most wonderful people whose smiles light up your day. The gardens are lush, mature and superb and are a treat to walk through and the pool was excellent but the hotel itself was a huge let down. it is old and very tired and a a smell of rising damp on the ground floor was overpowering at times. The hotel needs some serious money injected into it to bring it up to the typical Nusa Dua standard. The food also was a let down and we stopped looking forward to breakfast after day 2. Have been travelling to Bali and staying primarily at Nusa Dua/ Tanjung Benoa for several years now but I will not be returning to this hotel. I can understand why it is only 3.5 stars.
