“Great family hotel. Kids loved it. Will stay there again.”

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very tired, so don't expect plush, but the 2 bedroom apartment was very big and practical. Great for families.The beds and pillows were comfortable and the aircon was great. The two pools were lovely. The water-slide was a hit with the kids! They also liked the small outdoor play area next to the pool. The kids club staff were great and my 5 and 7 year old daughters enjoyed it all very much. The position is not the best, but it is not too bad. You need to catch the free shuttle bus (which leaves regularly) or taxis. Taxis are cheap and the trip to the beach or the shops etc is only 3 or 4 mins. There were plenty of taxis so we never had to wait. Would highly recommend. This was one of the best family holidays we have had and the great hotel was the main reason.

“best resort for families”

We just got back from bali and as it was our first time we were not sure what to expect. paradise plaza suites was the best place for us and we were very well looked after,especially the children as there is a kids club right near the pool. The staff are always smiling(ready to take your order for food or drinks and bring them to you) and ready to play with the kids. i would recommend this to all my family and friends.

“Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites”

I booked here for ease of travel around Bali and for the Childrens facilities. Travel is easy compared to the Nusa Dua area. some of the childrens facilities were run down but others were fine. My boys weren't impressed with the waterslide but then again they are daredevils! (aged 10 and 8). We had a two bed apartment and it was a great size! I would say some updating in areas would be beneficial but at the end of the day you don't spend a lot of time in them!!! We enjoyed the room service after busy days out sometimes my boys did not want to go out for a meal, the price was the same as the restaurant and the food was good. We were lucky not to have an apartment at the front of the hotel (due to it being on the bypass it would have been noisy). Overall we had brilliant service and the accommodation was fine.

“Nice enough”

The front desk staff were not too helpful, but everyone else (especially restaurant staff) were great. Nice enough hotel, the aircon in our room didn't work on the first night and the room is stuffy without it. Reported it in the morning and was fixed by the tim ewe returned from our day's outing.
