Family-friendly hotel with a great water slidePosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: The water slide & big rooms.
Cons: Refurbishing the bathrooms would be nice.
Location: On a main highway, which made it quite accessible, but I wish we could have walked to places rather than always rely on a taxi.
Hotel is designed for families. Location was not as close to the beach as I had wished, but it was a quick ride by taxi. The beach club was nice, but always packed. The rooms were very spacious. The thing that sells this place is the water slide. My kids loved it and we ended up spending a lot of time by the pool.

Great family accommodation!Posted Aug 16, 2013
Pros: Family environment and large rooms!
Cons: Lacked atmosphere at times
Location: Quiter location out from Kuta but lots of local bars and eateries in walking distance as well as Hardys supermarket for food supplies.
Great rooms, large and very clean, only down side is you can hear noises from above (people above moving chairs) and outside but this didn't affect our stay. Self contained rooms and 2 bedroom room had 2 bathrooms. Free water dispenser in room with drinkable water was a god send. Nice pool area with great seperate kids pool and slide. Happy hour drinks which are still strong and DJ playing from 4 to 6. One restaurant was a little limiting but plenty of food options to choose from and all meals were nice. It did lack atmosphere in the evening as this place catered more for families so dont expect crazy party life by the pool all night. A little out from main areas so you'll have to cab it if you want but transport is cheap. Great friendly service and best babysitter Yugi! Overall a great family place to stay and we'll be back!

Great for familiesPosted Aug 16, 2013
Definitely a great family hotel. Our kids absolutely loved it and we felt really comfortable. Loads of things for the kids to do, and plenty of staff around to help, so we didn't feel like we had to watch them like hawks. Our oldest son (13) loved the basketball hoops on the edge of the main pool, and joining in a game of pool volleyball with staff and other guests. As well as the playstation, giant chess set, and the water slide. Our youngest (5) also loved the water slide, as well as the playground. I loved the fact that I could actually relax and not have to be finding ways to keep the kids entertained, and the staff were all wonderfully helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Group Family HolidayPosted Jul 1, 2013
Pros: both swimming pools were fantastic. Safe for kids in the main pool as well as the camp splash pool for kids. Fantastic
Cons: the menu could be expanded/revamped
Location: I found the location to be convenient and within easy walking distance to the main street of Sanur
We arrived on 19th June and stayed until 29th June. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean. Our room was overlooking the pool with a balcony which was exactly what I wanted. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. Unfortunately our son fell extremely ill in the early hours of the morning and the staff were quick to organise a doctor. Management and staff also cared enough to send a get well card and complimentary fruit platter for my son. Camp Splash was great for kids but probably for kids from about 8years of age due to staffing. On our last night, the hotel introduced a dj for every Friday happy hour. I wish that started 9 days prior. I Would definitely stay there again.

June 2013 stayPosted Jul 1, 2013
Pros: Shuttle bus, breakfast, room service and the kids club.
Cons: Age of the facilities and the fact that things had to be fixed, e.g. toilet, air conditioner and sliding door.
Location: Great location. Bus to the beach is great and it is a lovely beach.
Great location. Excellent place for young children - well catered for. The food at the restaurant was great. Free shuttle bus is an excellent service and takes you to a shopping centre and to the beach. The hotel itself is ageing so stuff breaks down but they do come and fix it but it is a bit annoying.

Value for money with small childrenPosted May 2, 2013
Pros: The water slide was a hit with my two children.
Cons: The rooms are a bit sparse and lacking in atmosphere
Location: the hotel isn't right on the beach but it wasn't a big hassle to get there in a taxi or on the shuttle
This hotel is very practical and value for money for families with younger children who want the space and facilities of a villa, but the community and atmosphere of a resort. The kids pool and slide is fabulous for keeping little people happy and having living space and kitchen facilities in the suites makes for a much easier holiday with very young children. The complex is undergoing renovations so while some if the hotel is starting to look a little tired, it is good to see they are trying to improve it and bring it up to date.
