We really loved it. Fantastic pool with daily activities for kids. Enjoyed lounging around beside the pool and swimming. The rooms were spacious and clean. Really good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet and the happy hour were also a winners. The location was within walking distance to shops but further from the beach. But a shuttle bus was available if needed. The staff were impeccable. So warm and friendly. The only thing I could critique was that while the rooms were spacious and clean - they were just a little dated but we didn’t minds that as everything else was excellent. We definitely want to stay there again.

The front as you drive up looks horrendous and I was really worried, however there is a back gate to access shops & eventually the beach. No Service around the pool, you have to keep going to the bar. I would recommend they offer a service from sunlounger to order food & drinks. Room was spotless, icy cold & complimentary water filter was fabulous. Would stay here again.

Great hotel but gate hours need to stay open
The rooms very spacious, and clean. Breakfast was not included but we had a lot of restaurants close but you needed to go down a back road which was safe, the only thing is the back gate to go through closes at 9pm which is so ridiculous. You would have to get a taxi back to hotel which is on a main highway. Otherwise can not complain about hotel at all. Great for kids. 2 pools plus kids pool has a big water slide tube adults can use also.

Would highly recommend for families and even singles. The staff are so humble and happy - so infectious! And the property is well maintained and they keep it really clean. I will stay here again considering the price, location and size of our apartment ❤️

One of the best value family hotels around. The room sizes simply can't be beaten. The location is fine for us, with just a six minute walk to the main street.

Enjoyed our stayed here. The 2 bedroom suite suited us perfectly and was so large. Daytime food options were good besides the pool as was the breakfast buffet. Had the evening buffet one night but it was quite expensive especially with a 12 year old who ate the tiniest amount. It's free for younger children. There are different themed buffets each night & if you want to order a la carte it is brought to your room.

We thought we would try prime Plaza after multiple previous stays at dynasty resort and it was great value for money! Be aware the the kids club is not a fully supervised kids club, it is more of a kids play area they can go to. Additionally, the mozzies in the room were some of the worst I have ever seen across many trips to Bali. We had to wear mozzie repellent to bed. I wouldn't not go because of it, (it's Bali, mozzies are just part of the process) but definitely bring some plug in mozzy repellents because the hotel didn't provide any and the only option was to bomb the room with insect spray which made the room stink.

Disappointing 1 bedroom apartment
Disappointing stay this time - the 1 bedroom apartment had absolutely no outside space - nowhere to hang wet bathers - no natural light in the room - right by the elevators which had noisy guests going in and out and staff pushing clattering trolleys right outside at all hours of the night. The pool area was busy with towels reserving loungers for guests who weren’t there - and leaving no seats or loungers left unless in full sun. No parasols ??? Staff friendly enough but front desk unhelpful and unresponsive - wouldn’t change the room as they claimed to be fully booked but there was clearly availability online.

Our 3rd time at Prime Plaza. Staff are very hospitable nothing is too much trouble. Very clean facilities, kids loved the waterslide. A little worn post covid but still did not disappoint. We'll definitely return!

Spacious and clean the access door at the rear is great but it does close at 6pm, which means a hair raising walk along the busiest road in Sanur to get back. Maybe change the gate to electronic key card access?

This is our 3rd stay and although the room structure (3x2) still fitted our family, it was disappointing that the shuttle bus no longer ran between the hotel and the shops, nor was there any hotel specific beach space as in previous visits. There is a back gate that is about 600m to shops and restaurants but this closes at 6pm and I wouldn’t advice walking the long way around after dark. With older kids who are happy to stay out longer it was painful to find scarce transport back to the hotel. Hotel staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful. The vibe around the pool, especially around ‘Happy Hour’ was fantastic. It seems more deck chairs and shade has also been added around the pool which was needed. We recommended this hotel for families with the only disappointment being no shuttle bus and the back gate closing so early.

Our third stay at Prime Plaza Suites. My two boys aged 9 & 11 still love this place, and the grounds are fantastic. The kids are entertained with plenty to do and make friends with other kids and adults can kick back and enjoy some much needed R&R :) Our favourite spot. Great staff, and huge rooms, comfy beds and cold aircon !

This was our fourth visit to the plaza suites, and were a little u sure of how things would be after Covid, but it was all amazing. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious apartments. Amazi g, friendly staff. This was our third hotel in our trip to Bali, and everything about Plaza suites was the best. Great breakfast. Don't let the location put you off staying there, the back gate through to the main street is a gorgeous stroll.
