“Liked It”

This hotel is somewhat run down, however everything was in working condition. The staff was friendly and curtious.

“"You get what you pay for"”

If you are short of cash but really want to stay in the heart of Seminyak then this hotel is probably as good as it gets. The rooms are basic and the bathrooms are past their best but the location is great - only ten minutes walk from the beach and some great restaurants and night spots. Don't bother with the breakfast either you can find better elsewhere.

“It would do, but is very basic”

The hotel is well positioned and quiet. We stayed in one of the older rooms. It was very poorly lit, giving a bit of a gloomy feel to the space. The room and bathroom were clean but the bathroom was shabby with major stains on the bath enamel. The towels had a strange smell but seemed clean and were changed every day. The food was fine. The room had a fridge which was helpful. I would stay here again but I'd try elsewhere first. It would be ok as a base if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel as there's lots to do in the area. There's a small pool area which we didn't use much but it was clean and quiet.

“Not as expected”

Was a bit less than ideal compared to the cost and other hotels at the same range.
