Nice hotel next to Legian beach.Posted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Closeness to beach Value for money Equal closeness for both Kuta and Seminyak
Cons: Drain in shower not great Hot water capacity cannot fill an entire bath
Location: If you don't mind walking or taxing to places of interest, this is the place. If you want a nice, family-friendly beach, this is the place.
Lovely and cute hotel for the twin bed for myself and a friend. While it's a 25min walk from Kuta or Seminyak, this does mean that it's a little less busy and crowded. The rooms are what you'd expect for the price - quite nice, and expansive. Was a little disappointed with the courtyard - it was very basic, and offered only a view of a construction site. Room was nice and quiet to rest and relax in after doing activities.

Helpful staff, big room in a central locationPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: The staff's warmth. Leni in particular was very helpful when I needed the doctor. Room size was awesome. The housekeeping was, on the whole, excellent
Cons: The internet - connectivity often bad. Fridge small - but 7/11 is close by - although SOME staff there overcharge and use a calculator creatively.
Location: Cocoon Beach Club. La Vida Loca. Go right at the corner for Seminyak; left for Legian - or, walk up hill to first junction, turn right and keep going.
For a longer stay, the room size - 60m I think - was perfect; it was good for avoiding cabin fever. Non-smoking room was not a problem as the balcony was a comfortable smoking area. The staff were friendly and helpful - they called a doctor in to visit twice when I needed one. The bath is deep and comfortable with an attached shower head for rinsing hair. There is also a rain-shower head for anyone not wanting to loll about in water. There are ATM machines just around the corner, a 7/11 and Cocoon Beach Club literally across the road. A 15-20 min walk or cheap cab fair will get you to Legian if you want to see the more boisterous nightlife of Kuta or you can walk along the beach (turn right) to do the beach bars like The Champlung at sunset or go to Ku De Ta. There were no mozzies in the hotel room until the 9th night - but you can get room spray from the 7/11s. I really liked this hotel.

Lovely hotel, very close to beach and shopsPosted May 12, 2014
Pros: Dressing gowns and slippers provided along with complimentary shampoo etc. Only hotel I have stayed at that tidies your room twice a day!
Location: Few minutes walk from the beach and shops. Hotel arranged for car/driver to take us to Ubud for the day. Safe driver and very reasonable price.
All the staff made you feel very welcome All helpful and friendly. Could not fault any of them. Restaurant was good with a wide menu.

Perfect location close to the beachPosted May 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was very comfortable. Highly recommended. The staff were all very professional and friendly providing round the clock service, even housekeeping was available morning and night. The locatio was the highlight though, couple of minute walk to double 6 beach and nearby dining option and not far to walk to other entertainment options in Seminyak avoiding the busy traffic and saving taxi cost.

Comfort RoomPosted Mar 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
The check in was very smooth. The surrounding wasn't up to expectation due to opposite constuction. But the room is really comfortable with spacious bed and clean shower room. We were attracted to the bath tub when we do the hotel booking online. Upon arrival we check out the shower area but we're disappointed with only the cold water supply. This problem solved instantly with a phone call to reception. Hence I am very satisfied with their services. And lastly not to forget to mention their food. I like their mee goring n salad. It is cheap and tasty.

Dear Yoyo Loh, Thank you so much for your review. I do apologise for the construction which is very near completion. I am also sorry about the issue with the hot water but happy that we could solve it instantly. I will certainly pass on your comments to the restaurant! Thank you so much for coming to stay and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Nice & Cheap Hotel But FarPosted Feb 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel itself was a nice place to stay for AUD$80 a night, however it was far from all the other places we wanted to visit, such as chill reflexology, kuta theatre and other restaurants. There are shops a short walk from the hotel and the beach that it's next to isn't the prettiest. We stayed here as our other friend stayed in another hotel she had a promo price for and this was relatively close. The rooms are spacious and quite new, however there is no door for the bathroom (there is a toilet and shower door but they are both glass). The staff were all very nice. Next time I would choose one closer to the city centres of seminyak or kuta.

Nice hotel closed to beach with all facilitiesPosted Feb 4, 2014
Pros: Big Room & Nice Staff
Cons: Especially balcony & toilet need to improve.
Location: Surrounding area with amenities (Eg:- ATM, Beach, Restaurant, Pub, Money Changer, etc.)
It is a good hotel with all facilities (eg:- Gym, Spa, Restaurant, Swimming pool,Airport transfer) & surrounding area with amenities (Eg:- ATM, Beach, Restaurant, Pub, Money Changer, etc.). The staffs are very nice .However, especially balcony & toilet need to improve. Balcony is facing is the next door construction site & there is no nice view. Need to plant some trees or something to improve. And always full of leaves & dusty, can be improved by canopy or something. Toilet & bath room are just glass door (middle portion is with sticker to control somehow privacy) without lock & there is gap between double leaf door, not 100% privacy. If stay with couple is very fine. If do business trip with other female staffs or family trip with parents, it is really not so comfortable. Management need to consider facilities suitable with all type of guest.
