Friendly staff, especially the breakfast girls. Renovations currently underway so we were moved further away from the noise which was appreciated. Bit out of the way and hard to walk places due to lack of footpaths in the area. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety each day. Spa was shut due to renovations so had to go to the 2 nearby spas for a massage (cannot recommend either of them) All in all a lovely place to relax but a bit isolated if you like to go out and explore.

The pool villa was really nice but not maintained well with poor plumbing in the toilet and the food at breakfast was not fresh, appealing and not vegetarian/vegan friendly. The staff could not speak very good English and were not polite which was a shame.

The villa was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The staff were friendly and made sure to clean our villa everyday. It is in a pretty good location and getting a grab was very easy.

It is an extremely old villa and the actual conditions are totally different fron the photos. This is the worst villa in Bali I have stayed in so far. Very smelly inside the room. The pool is very dirty and we don't bother to use. No basic amenities are provided. The cabinet and furniture are broken. The air conditioning is not working and noisy. The breakfast is horrible. Milk provided for coffee was spoilt and sour. Should only consider as last place to stay if you can't find other villas in Bali.

The villas are very private and relaxing. The pool was amazing. The staff were happy to drop us off at the shops three times a day. Great service and good location. Nice cafe across the road. Only downside was the bed. It's a slated bed and creaks when you roll over. Overall a wonderful property with great service

There is room for improvements
I brought my parents here and we stayed in a two-bedroom villa. Overall the experience is average. Good: Service staff are very friendly. The villa is spacious. Can be improved: Breakfast is below average. Or I put it this way, the quality of breakfast buffet (if you call it so) is way below our expectation. We don't expect a variety of choices but please make sure every little dish you serve is fresh and well-prepared. Furnitures are old and some are worn out. Look at the bathtub areas and the kitchen (thought we don't use it) - you can do better. The bathrooms (attached to both bedrooms), though spacious, doesn't smell good. Not sure if it's because of humidity or antiseptic liquid used.

Secluded villa with gorgeous garden
Very friendly staff! Manager has wonderful English and they are very helpful with anything you need. Although not in the heart of canguu, a free shuttle runs 3 times a day to Seminyak and can be used for personal trips also

The ambience was amazingly relaxing, with the staff providing excellent service at every turn. The villa was set in an excellent location for us, with various places easily accessible by Go-Jem. Would definitely recommend Bidadari Villas to my friends and family.

Beautiful Villa with a lovely swimming pool
My husband and I had a very relaxing 14 night holiday here. Complex of 19 villas with well maintained garden. Good breakfast. Beautiful big and clean swimming pool. Good service. Many cafes, coffee shops and Spas in walking distance. Will be back.

A stay away from city hustle and bustle
My wife and I stayed there for our 1st wedding anniversary, location was further away from the city area of Kuta and remote. The villa was clean, well maintained, cosy and quiet. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a great time during our stay there.

Terrible location
Terrible location no one can find it not even the bluebird taxis spent alot of time each day going round in taxis trying to find this place and alot of money too as you need a cab for everything nothing is closeby no shops restaurents and the streets near the villas are dark and maybe not safe to walk at night and the breakfast is also horrible so bland and tasteless full of insects geckos bats frogs not my cup of tea the staff however are all very nice and helpfull and the villas are nice to look at

Ten mins cab to Seminyak
Not terribly close to anything exciting, though there's a basic shop near the entrance and the fab Café Couscous a few mins walk away. Free shuttle 3/day into Seminyak or call a cab. Ten mins trip max $5 including tip. Villas are lovely with great aircon and beds, outdoor shower and large patio/kitchenette. Pool and gazebo gorgeous and so private. Showers are COLD or HOT. There is no in between. Quite a few mozzies and the usual Bali lizards. Gardens are lovely too. Staff nice, spa ok, breakfast ok for a day or two but pretty boring. Be aware that if you book on Wotif you don't get free breakfasts or transfers to/from airport. And of course don't use the minibar!! Wifi pretty useless but is apparently better the closer your villa is to reception. If you can get this on a Wotif deal take it.

Very quiet, and super spacious villa.
We were welcomed with cold drinks, the villa was ready upon our arrival; the staff walked us to our villa and explained where everything was and how things worked. The villa is HUGE for just 2 people, we only stayed 3 nights, and I do not think it is enough time to enjoy everything there is to offer. The first day after we organized our bags, we noticed that our aircon started leaking a lot of water, we waited a bit to see if it would stop but when it didnt we called reception and they sent the maintenance people in 2 seconds, they came and fixed very quickly, very fast response! I gotta tell you that the open shower is AMAZING, my wife enjoyed it a lot, thankfully we had great weather everyday, and it was amazing taking showers under the moonlight! Please be aware though, that the water takes quite some time to warm up, and once it is, its very hard to find a medium, it was either scorching hot, or cold; never the less, this was not a deal breaker, nor I am giving them a bad rep for it, I am just making you aware.

everything was perfect... we stayed in villa number 18.. villa was quite spacious.. big pool and sitting area outside.. tip: carry a mosquito repellent if u will be spending time in the garden.. breakfast was great.. staff was very welcoming location: its a bit far from kuta about 30 mins.. all in all worth for money.. wud love to go back and stay here again

If you are looking for a peaceful sanctuary, not to far from the busy beach scenes on the coast, then look no further! The private villas at The Bidadari are pristine in cleanliness and gorgeous in decor. Simple and elegant and not overly done the accommodations exceeded my expectations. The staff is AMAZING! Dedi (sp?) was a gem every morning for breakfast with the friendliest and most attentive service. The girls in the evening were just as top notch with their service. From the reception desk, to the spa, to the room attendants EVERY staff member was the best I have ever experienced in any of my travels. If you are looking for a little pamering, you don't have to roam far. The Spa on site is relaxing and rejuvenating. I highly recommend their massage and facials. You could honestly spend your entire stay wrapped up in the luscious surrounding at The Bidadari, but if you feel like wandering outside the villas, the small convenience store just in front of the grounds has a lovely family and yummy coconuts and fruit to take back to your villa. The main road is sprinkled with a few additional gems for eating and entertainment. Check out the friendly staff at the Happy Buddah and for some live music on Friday evenings. Eco is great for a healthy mid day snack or protein smoothie. You won't be disappointed with The Bidadari, a fabulous little treasure!

It was really nice staying in bidadari villa i stayed for 10 nights there we hired the bike for all days and enjoyed alot its best if u know bike otherwise to far from beach área seminayak ,kuta,legian .overall enjoyed .

we enjoy our stay in Bidadari,the staff are friendly and helpful.Feel relax in this villa.although is quite far from town area, the hotel do provide shuttle to the seminyak town/beach 3 times a day (10am, 3pm & 6pm). villa have its own private pool, an outdoor living room with sofa, dining table & kitchen, and a big bathroom equipped with rain shower and bathtub. villa facilities are a bit rundown and dirty.

Beautiful & Quiet Villa!!
Fantastic & Friendly staff! We had the 1bdrm it was clean & spacious. Downfall would be location. It's clean and quiet though. 15min drive into busy side of Seminyak/Bintang Supermarket. Was our first time in Bali and didn't know so was abit gutted when we couldn't go by foot. BlueBird Taxi is recommended (charge by the meter) if you don't hire a driver as the other taxi tend to charge more than the actual cost of the meter & don't use meters either. A couple of eat out places nearby and mini mart!

Nice Villa - Excellent value for money
We stayed at the Bidadari Villas on our last night in Bali. The location was much quieter than in Kuta. The best thing about our stay was the staff. They were excellent and treated us well. The manager met us at the reception and welcomed us to the hotel. The villa we stayed in was a two bedroom Villa with a pool. The rooms were great and the prices are a lot better here than similar hotels in Kuta. The room was in good condition with a kitchenette in the event you would like to cook. We ordered room service since it was quite reasonably priced. Breakfast was included but we did not try it since our flight was a bit early. The front desk did have a packed breakfast box waiting for us when we checked out. There were not much people staying at the hotel while we were there which was perfect for us. I would recommend this place if you are looking for privacy and a getaway.

Romantic hideaway
This is a lovely, peaceful, romantic place to stay. The location is a little bit out of the way but definitely part of the charm. The cleanliness is excellent and the villa is spacious and well appointed with some cooking facilities and full size fridge/freezer. I have no hesitation in recommending Bidadari, also the wifi is excellent.

relaxing holiday away from the buzz
relaxing stay with my wife, it had all that we needed to enjoy and have a peaceful holiday. the pool was of a good size and the rooms comfortable. staff was very friendly and helpful always.not very far from the airport and the location really didnt matter as the villas were comfortable and the ambiance was good. its just the right place for couples who want to disconnect from the world and have a peaceful time together. will surely recommend to my friends

Enjoyed the privacy at the villa. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The Bidadari Spa package was superb! Suggest to enhance the breakfast selection. Preferred a buffet style.

Luxury yet extreamly affordable
Fantastic villa at an affordable price provides shuttle to or from beach beach various times daily. Amazing friendly staff helpful in any way possible. We were comfortable and well taken care of and couldn't ask for more except a longer stay. Can't wait to come back.
