Elegant, quiet, luxurious hotel; magnificently furnished villas with original paintings and antiques. Grounds graced with lilly ponds, statues, rice paddy. All villas come with butler service which answers to every whim. Food is excellent. Difficult to leave.

We stayed at The Chedi Club for the first week of our honeymoon. This place is absolutely fantastic!!! The individual villas, the staff, the pool, the restaurant, the free yoga, the private drivers, the grounds, the outdoor shower, happy hour, high tea, etc........ it was perfect. Our butler was so nice and helpful. We did not want to leave. Being near Ubud was also a good decision. We stayed at Seminyak after our week here, which was nice, but not nearly as special or unique as this location. Everyone was so gracious, we felt so welcome. For what we received, the price is also a real bargain. Cannot wait to return.

We loved staying at the Chedi club in Ubud, the staff are very attentive , the hotel is quiet and peacful, surrounded by rice fields. We will be going back as we had a terrific stay there

“Beautiful Hotel with amazing service and lots of extras included”

This hotel is stunning & exceeded our expectations in many ways. Although it is expensive the number of complimentary services you receive while there make it well worth it. On arrival you are greeted by your own personal butler who is there to help you with any aspect of your stay, showing you your room and checking in with you daily as to when to clean your room, if you need transport or help planning activities etc. Our butler took us for a walk through rice paddies & local town which was just fantastic. Although breakfast is not buffet style (choice of 1 of 3 diff style breakfasts) allot of food is brought out for you. The restaurant is in the most amazing setting surrounded by rice paddies. All drinks & food in the mini-bar are free, as are drinks by the pool, afternoon tea & happy hour. The shuttle service takes you anywhere you want to go & picks you up at an arranged time. So it doesn't matter it isn't close to the main shopping streets & restaurants in Ubud. Our room was nice, a good size with a large comfortable bed, desk & daybed but could have better lighting as was a bit dark. Rooms have a deck area with a small table & chairs however these are not private & other guests & staff can see you when sitting outside. The gym & yoga studio looks over the rice fields & free yoga class is excellent with a brilliant yoga instructor. The gym has all the equipment you would need only they need matts for stretches and sit ups. Overall though would thoroughly recommend.
