Great value

Posted Jan 10, 2015
Pros: Location, quietness, and staff assistance.
Cons: Road into villas is a little bit rough, but that is something the local government need to fix.
Location: Location was secluded but still close enough to beaches, shops and cafes.
Great villas set in nice quiet area but still close enough to everything. Staff fantastic. One of the best value for money options in Bali.

This is a good clean hotel

Posted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: Very friendly and helpfull staff
good clean hotel with very friendly staff and facilities. The only draw back with Green Sugar is the location. the hotel is very isolated with no shopping or eating options near by. Courtesy bus will run you into Semingyak make you take hotel business card with you so that cab drivers can call for directions.

Good facilities, great staff but terrible location

Posted Jan 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel facilities were good. the staff was great but location is terrible. Nothing interesting around the hotel. Need a taxi to get any where. Shuttel serive for dropping off was provided but not reliable. Had to wait 30-45 minutes for the driver. No free shuttle to pick up was provided.

風の音、小鳥の声が聞こえる別荘みたいなホテル!

Posted Dec 5, 2013
Pros: 開放感ある、部屋でベットも広々!エアコンも有るし プールがプライベート感があってよい感じ。 シンプルだけど有ったらうれしい朝食。
Cons:

Lovely staff and a lot nicer than you first think.

Posted Sep 13, 2013
Pros: Room and staff.
Cons: The road.
Location: There is nothing apart from some mini marts and Balinese art supply shops within walking distance, however 5-10 minutes on wheels, everything is near.
When you first get to the hotel if your cab driver can find it, down an unsealed lane with stray dogs in nowheresville you will realize it is not really Seminyak and there is nothing within easy walking distance of the hotel without getting flattened by the crazy Bali traffic. However, you quickly forget this once you get inside and meet Dwi and his lovely staff and see your fabulous room. Everything you need to get to in the Seminyak area can be reached within 5-10 minutes by free shuttle that they have from the hotel and actually the location is really quite charming and quiet. The rooms are beautiful with full kitchen facilities, flat screen, massive bed, modern bathroom even your own mini-indoor garden. It's a little oasis really. You will just not expect it to be so nice, it proves first impressions can be quickly smashed. I had spent the previous 2 weeks traveling all over Bali and not been to Kuta or Seminyak until the end, and they are crazy busy with loads of tourists and people badgering you in the streets. So I was glad to be able to escape to the safe haven of Zhurga at the end of a busy day.
