“Lovely hotel in great location”

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel and once agin we were upgraded to a lovely room. They supplied a birthday cake for my boyfriends birthday as a surprise . Lovely rooms, staff and pool area . Sand in front of hotel is a bit dirty but this is not the fault of the hotel Food and drinks are expensive if you eat at the hotel

“Heaven”

This one of the best hotels ever. The grounds were gorgeous with easy access to a great beach. Every thing was spotless. Our room was beautiful and spotless as well. The spa services were extremely reasonable and top quality. The staff could not have been more eager to make our stay perfect. We took a 10 hour tour the hotel arranged and got an excellent experience that we would never have gotten on our own. It was great having a private driver and car. We really got to go at our own pace, choosing our own destinations with help from guest services and the driver. If you want to relax and feel a little heaven on earth, go here.

“Realxing and good quality hotel”

This resort is fairly large but because of its size did not seem overly busy. There are some areas including the pool and pool bar area for afternoon happy hour which can get fair crowd but it was never difficult to get good quality and friendly service from the staff. The security at the hotel is of a high standard and on one occassion when I was in my room with the front door not properly shut the staff noticed and checked to make sure everything was ok. The hotel is situated a fairly short stroll along the beach from some good nearby restaurants and night life. The food at the hotel restaurants is also of a good standard. The hotel provides a regular bus service to nearby areas including legian and kuta during daylight times, so there is no need to hire scooters or taxis except for night time use.

“A Nice Hotel”

This hotel is very pretty and the staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was awesome, and lunch at the pool was great. Bring plenty of sunscreen and bug-spray. Have fun and take lots of pictures.
