One of the best resort!
First let me say that I travel a lot for leasure and business and stay at high end resorts all the time. The Royal Santrian arguably is the best resort I have ever stayed at. This is a small villa based resort in Nasu Dua which is a quite part of Bali with many high end resorts near by. The service is simply over the top and the hospitality of the team is genuine. Special thank you to Taro, but also so many others that made our quite get away to Nasu Dua so memorable. In the suites, you have massive rooms and amazing bathroom with outdoor showers. The best part is your private pool. There is a massive beautiful pool for the resort but we loved out own pool and time together in our suite so didn't use it. The food at the resort is 5 star. The Sushi restaurant is amazing and the non-sushi options are Michelin quality. The service is just great and there is no doubt we will be back. The other nice thing is that there is a walking path between the resort and the ocean that is about 2 miles long which makes for a very nice morning walk where you can see the other resorts as well. We loved our stay! Thank you Royal Santrian for an amazing vacation getaway.

Beautiful resort and a lovely trip
We came in mid-March and basically had the whole resort to ourselves. The room was very clean, food was excellent, and the staff super friendly. We did not leave the hotel for the 3 days we were there, and if we come back to Bali will likely choose this place again.

Amazing time at the Royal Santrian!
My wife and I spent 17 days at the Royal Santrian and we had an amazing time. The weather was great, the villas were extremely well appointed, the food was delicious but the real stars of the Royal Santrian are their staff. Everyone working at the Royal Santrian from the cleaning staff to the managers always treat you like family, they are always smiling and they go beyond the call of duty to look after your needs and wants. Loved everything about this property, utterly fantastic, I wouldn’t change a thing- the location, staff, facilities, service and attention to detail was unbelievable and first class. We spent a wonderful and truly memorable 12 days holidays in this beautiful resort. To start with, we were so enchanted by the reception and the little welcome ceremonies. But it kept getting better as we discovered our villa, way beyond what we expected, so spacious with all kinds of exquisite amenities and gardens. The staff was very professional and friendly, eager to please and attended to our every little request with genuine gentleness and their biggest smile. The resort also provides a first-class restauration with a la carte western and local cuisine, whether you choose to eat in the privacy of your villa, on the beach, on the terrace or in their delightful restaurant where every attention to details has been thought over right down to the elegant dinnerware. To start the day with their a la carte breakfast or to delight in their scrumptious afternoon high tea is a must. Travel brochures cannot convey the feeling of a place and we loved how the clean design and immaculate lawns and gardens create an atmosphere of calm and relaxation that not even the occasional wedding, which by the way provides an unexpected entertainment giving us a glimpse on different cultures, could not disturb. In conclusion, if you are looking for a relaxing, private and elegant holiday, this is the place!!

Nice, quiet private oasis
The villa with private pool was beautiful. Love the outdoor shower on a hot day. There is also an indoor shower and a tub. They provide complimentary drinks, biscuits and nuts in the room. Refilled daily. The staff is very welcoming and always trying to help. The Hotel is very quiet. It can sometime feel like no one else is there which was great. The villa was a bit close to the road so it could get a bit noisy from the traffic but nothing major. The beach is nice in the morning, but once the tide goes out it looks a bit sad. But that is the same for all the hotels on the peninsula. The breakfast was included. It was fine but nothing special. The serving are a bit small but can reorder as many times and as much as you want. Overall I would definitely recommend it and go back.

Instant favourite! This is our side of bali where it is private but still have dining options nearby. a holiday hotel where you dont have to go anywhere but enjoy your villa. Everyone is so nice and friendly and giving us tips what to do around such as biking! My partner also prepared a surprise private dinner and they executed it very well! Love this hotel

What can we say? This hotel has it all. We've stayed in some great places one the years but The Royal Santrian tops them all. Each staff member was amazing in their own right and the hotel was exceptional from the minute we arrived until the second we left. If you're planning a honeymoon then look no further!! This place is Heaven and the service is unbeatable. We are already planning our next trip but this time we are bringing the in-laws and the kids

Perfect stay in Nusa Dua
The staff at the resort couldn't have done anything more for us; absolutely exceptional. They are a real credit to the hotel. We received a very high level of service, overwhelmed by politeness and kindness which made our stay perfect. The villa is a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and is just as beautiful. The private pool in the villa is a great size and the communal pool is very nice too. The resort is immaculately clean. The food (from breakfast to dinner) is great; loved the steak, the local curries and you always recieve great samples of the dish of the day. The "shuttle" service is great!!! - its basically a free taxi service. We would definitely recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again in the future. It was very quiet, peaceful and tranquil and is a great getaway. Loved it and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for having us.

We stayed at the Royal Santrian for 10 nights in September 2018. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect. The quality, comfort, cleanliness and overall beauty of the place were exceeded only by the helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff we came into contact, like the waiters, room cleaning staff, receptionists, managers, security personnel and even the gardeners.

Great stay at this hotel. The villa was spacious and had all the amenities you needed. The food is lovely, and the piool was amazing. The staff were all lovely and friendly andd couldnt do enough for you. As the hotel hosts weddings, we found these invaded the peace and quiet we went to Bali for.

An incredible experience from beginning to end...
We had an 8-day stay at the Royal Santrian and we loved every moment. The level of care and detail was incredible. Villa was gorgeous, comfortable, and HUGE. It is a smaller resort, with only 20 villas, so they paid extra attention to all of the guests. The food was great, and breakfast was included every day. They also provide transportation if you want to go anywhere around Nusa Dua. They really go out of their way to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Just pick up the phone and dial 1, and your 24-hour butler service took care of you. Loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel with an excellent staff.
The only negative is the number of destination weddings held at hotel which can be quite noisy. Hotel gave us a driver for the day and an in room spa treatment for the inconvenience...which was nice.

Beautiful property. Very romantic. A great place for a wedding or a quiet getaway. We loved the cooking class. I would not recommend it for families looking for lots of activities since it is a small property.

overall great, but ongoing weddings quite annoying
overall very nice, especially fantastic people and room is good exactly what we wanted. however during our 6-night stay there was almost everyday a wedding ceremony going on with photo sessions during the day and music / PA constantly in the background during the evenings. when I was lying by the pool there was a camera drone hovering above my head which made me a bit uncomfortable. It was not ok, to not be informed in advance of the hotel wedding plans.
