Pool closed. Dirty bath towels no face washers or hand towels. Restaurant closed without any notice. Staff not very helpful when addressed these issues as the said no management or supervisior on premises. Overall was glad we cancelled the first part of our stay there on got another hotel which was alot better. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are run down with mold on the walls and ceilings, balcony handrail rotted away,cracked sink in bathroom, ceiling mouldy and leaking on you while sitting on the toilet, limited choice at breakfast, roof top pool deck dangerous loose with jagged wood sticking up if your not very careful you can slice your feet or worse, no cushions on the sunbeds no umbrellas, you have to go down to reception to get towels, bar not staffed, recetion area is clean and welcoming but thats where it ends.

DO NOT STAY HERE, THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY GO THROUGH YOUR THINGS AND STEAL. WHEN I BROUGHT UP THAT I WAS MISSING MONEY AND JEWELRY OUR OF MY SUITCASE THEY SAID WHY WOULD I LEAVE IT IN MY SUITCASE OUT IN THE OPEN AND NOT IN THE SAFE! MY SUITCASE WAS PUT AWAY ANS ZIPPED UP, THE ONLY WAY TO GET TO WHERE MY CASH WAS YOU WOULD HAVE HAD TO OPEN MY SUITCASE AND GO THROUGH THE POCKETS INSIDE. We have done the procedure of handling missing stuff report as the police department told us so. You need to come and report it to the police station along with your translator and a lawyer if you’d like to. Our management have provided everything to help you reporting it including the staff to accompany you and also the transportation. We also were ready to take the staff you suspected to go to police station with you. We have tried our best to help you and were ready to take responsibility. But after everything, you clearly refused to go to police station and asked to check out immediately instead.We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you had during your stay in our hotel.Best regard,Management.

Sadly like most after pandemic nothing has been done to upgrade. Towels and sheets are clean but raggy. Furniture needs upgrading but room is clean. Sadly I paid Dbl on Expedia just go through hotel 20,000 less.

Hotel is very OUTDATED! WAC makes loud noises and since I was on the ground level floor I can hear noises coming from all directions of the hotel, all the fixtures were rusted and broken. The bed mattress was uncomfortable the middle of the mattress sunk down. There were lots of open gaps in the ceiling surrounding the lights and vents I felt like someone or something could’ve been peeking thru.

the pool area was very dirty during the morning hours when me and my group went. the a/c in my room didn't work and they wouldn't help us out after repeatedly asking them to, so i had to march to the lobby to demand a response, so finally they moved us to another room where the a/c worked

The staff are fantastic. They were very attentive and pleasant, really excellent in trying to accommodate our needs. The hot water wasn't working in the bathroom even though they came to fix it 3 times. Also, my daughter cut her foot on a broken tile in the swimming pool which ruined one of our afternoons as she wasn't able to walk on it. The chairs in the pool are looking pretty tatty, you should just recover them and the pool area will look 100% better.

Was not ideal for family trip. Location not what I wanted to show my little one in Bali, but then again he was not interested in going to the water park after all. He did like the pool here, but that was the only thing. Really messed up as far as cleanliness. Was not cleaned after last guest. Was very appalled. They sent us to yet another room that was in the same state maybe worse. The bathroom smelt of cigarettes and as my son remarked "floor still wet from last guests." We nearly left. However they said they wouldn't refund, AND we had already waited hours to have everything settled in.

The hotel was good. The swimming pool was nice. But the sheets on the bed were dirty. In the first room there was blood on the sheets. Then we asked to change room and here the sheets were dirty as well. No blood, but still dirty.

Convenient but Beware of Smelly Pillows
Walkable distance from the airport which was useful when we arrived as we were too tired to haggle over a taxi which would have been overpriced anyway! Our stay here was pleasant and it was great to have access to a pool on site and to the beach a short walk away. Free drink on arrival was ice tea which was fine for me but my other half despises tea so I had his too as the hotel wouldn’t agree to offer an alternative. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from. The only real downside here was the fact that all of the pillows smelled horrendously sweaty...they definitely need replacing!

This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at.Friendly staff, good food and a very nice rooftop pool to swim in.Also, very close to the airport for those late night trips home.

Local to shops, but hotel needs a huge upgrade.
Hotel was okay. The rooms were very basic and in need of some repairs. The pool floor, needs major repair and the lack of loungers for the size of hotel, needs to be looked at. It was okay for our short stay and we had our kids in a connecting room. Do not think we will stay there again.

Value for money
Hotel is on Katika Plaza Road close to Lippo Mall. Room was clean, lovely hot water but we didn’t like the little bugs that appeared on the floor during the night when the light as turned on - otherwise the hotel was fine. Breakfast was basic mainly cater for Asians although you could order a omelette or scramble eggs. Will not stay there again.

Could be so much better
Ok if on a budget or part of an asian tour party as this is who the hotel caters to. Description on Expedia is so far from correct maybe someone needs to correct this, that said if the money was spent on maintenance this could be a great Gem with everything at their doorstep. Focus here is on money not looking after guests so I would not stay again nor recommend to friends or Family.

One Night In Tusita
Nice hotel but poor etiquettes. No water, No towel inside room. Air-conditioning was also not comfortable. but outside vibes and local areas are amazing. walking distance for your all needs. Service was ok and they provide everything on demand but no sleeper and toiletries assessorial items on even request.

Affordable hotel, nice staff, good location
Hotel is bit old but staff was great, value for money, their buffet brekky was good and lots of vege options. They tried to accommodate as much as they could. Will stay again if we visit bali next time.
