“Luxury and real intimacy in the heart of Seminyak”

The villas are completely closed from each others which makes your own vila a real sanctuary. I think it's the best of both worlds: top services from an hotel, but the privacy of a villa! And it's perfeclty located in the heart of Seminyak in a quiet alley (hence not many drivers/taxis know it). It really made our trip!

“Its a winner”

What a wonderful time my husband and myself had at Uma Sapna. We stayed 3 nights in a smaller studio with plunge pool and then they upgraded us to a large villa with a real pool. Such a nice surprise! Both units were beautiful and really well maintained and equipped. The bathroom in the villa was out of this world. I just loved the polished concrete. Breakfast was ok but not a huge hit with us. I work as a short order cook so it had a lot to live up too. The Balinese try to very hard to please you and they are genuinely beautiful people. The beds are on the firmer side but not too bad by Indonesian standards I guess. This place is quiet and peaceful. In 5 days we hardly ever saw anyone except a few staff. And they were fully booked. The spa was great. We took advantage of Nypei (silence day) to visit the spa as we could not leave the resort so it filled in a few hours. The prices are very good. A 10 minute walk to the main street or a 50 cent taxi ride (aus). Lots of restaurants. Chandi was the best. A little more pricey but well worth it. Overall a fantastic stay and really looking forward to returning.

“Paradise in Seminyak, Bali”

Uma Sapna is a paradise in paradise. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room which contained a small courtyard and plunge pool which was a godsend in 33C weather. The unit gives you total privacy as it has a high fence, separate garden and pool. Breakfast is quite good. You make your selection the evening before and at the appointed time, your doorbell rings and you are served your breakfast on your patio. Room service is also very good as they have no restuarant on site. The king bed is comfortable and the room also has a couch and sitting area. The bathroom is huge with a tub that can hold two and is enclosed in glass with a view of the wall and plantings. If you can make a request, ask for a unit that has the pool directly in front of the patio as ours, called Bangka, had the plunge pool in the courtyard beside the patio which meant you looked onto the wall and bamboo rather than the pool which is lit at night. Just a small notation. The spa was wonderful. The staff very kind and a pleasure to deal with. Uma Sapna is a short walk from the centre of town and the road to it can be busy. Instaed, during daylight hours, take the pathway away from the road, cross the rice paddy and turn right. A pleasant shortcut.

Quiet, nestled away from the busy streets. Great service, huge breakfast.
