Amazing!Posted Sep 26, 2013
Better than we ever imagined in our 3 bedroomed villa. Staff superb, every need catered for with a smile. Breakfast wonderful, pool big all to ourselves, and close to busy road for cafes, restaurants, shops and massages. Villa Kecapi is down an alley so there was absolutely no traffic or street noise in our villa. Just the neighbourhood cockerel to break the silence. We loved it and will be back!

Great service and locationPosted Sep 18, 2013
Pros: The wonderful, personalised service and the well appointed villa. We were treated like royalty.
Cons: We were happy with everything.
Location: Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants including Sarong, Potato Head, La Lucciola and Seminyak Square.
The villa was everything we expected. It was well appointed and clean. The customer service was personalised and we thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast and afternoon teas. The kids loved the pool. The villa is located within walking distance of great restaurants and shops and the Gourmet Coffee cafe across the road served great food and coffee. We would go back to Villa Kecapi again in a heartbeat.

Very Happy CustomersPosted Jun 11, 2013
Pros: Quiet, relaxing, private, spoilt, clean, tropical, enjoyable, friendly staff!
Cons: Wish we were supplied with an email address for Villa Kecapi prior to our stay - Expedia did not supply this to us even after requesting!
Location: Hidden and tucked away - about a 20 min walk from Seminyak Square.
We had a wonderful experience at Villa Kecapi in Bali. Everything about our stay was enjoyable and the staff were always ensuring we were happy and well looked after. It was my boy friends birthday while staying at Villa Kecapi and the staff spoilt him with a cake and celebrations on themorning of his birthday. Our stay was quiet and tucked away, everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable first time experience in Bali - we would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation whilst in Seminyak.

We loved this villa!Posted May 8, 2013
I stayed with a friend at Villa Kecapi, two large single beds and the room was plenty big enough. This villa had everything we needed. Its in a quiet location and at the back of the property so it was extremely quiet and away from hustle and bustle that is Seminyak. The property is well maintained, the staff were fabulous, every request was attended to quickly and without fuss, they did their utmost to keep their guests happy, such lovely and polite people. Breakfasts are cooked in your villa every morning with a smile without being invasive. It was always a pleasure to get back to the villa, to be greeted with a friendly hello and polite enquiries on our day on our way down the path. A fantastic extra was at night there is a security guard at the entrance to the property (you walk down a lovely long pathway to the villa) so you feel very safe (not that we wouldn't have anyway) but he shines his torch for you and the gates are locked later in the evening. They also come around at night and spray the rooms for mosquitoes. Its walking distance to fantastic restaurants and bars like Sarong, Merah Putih and Potato Head, and 15 mins walk to Bodyworks. We also had a massage at the villa which was done on the daybed by the pool which was great. I can't fault this villa, we loved it and would stay there again any time.

Villa KecapiPosted May 4, 2013
Pros: Great pool, location and villa. Friendly and helpful staff.
Location: Close to main attractions of Seminyak although some are a bit further than you think.
We were greeted by a member of staff who gave us drinks and fruit on arrival with a cold towel to freshen up after our flight. The following morning we had a breakfast cooked in our villa before we ventured out. Breakfast was tasty and enough without being a gut buster! The Villa we stayed in was beautiful and well maintained with a great walled garden and beautiful clean pool. The area of Seminyak we stayed in was close to many of the better restaurants. The Gourmet Cafe across the street does great pastries and coffee. Our 9 month old son was treated like a superstar by the vila staff and we felt very welcomed. As a first time traveller to Bali I found the villa to be beyond my expectations and good value for money.

BlissPosted Apr 8, 2013
Pros: Kind and attentive service. Wonderful breakfasts cooked to order in the kitchen of our villa. And the clean and temperate pool!
Location: Just down the road from Sarong Restaurant and Potato Head turn off. Really close to everything.
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Villa Kecapi in April 2012. The Villa was absolutely wonderful and the staff ever attentive and hospitable. The location was excellent, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and many of the well-known resorts. The Villa offered exceptional value and service and was the perfect destination for a relaxing extra-long weekend.

Private retreat great for couplesPosted Oct 1, 2012
Pros: Private villa with own pool and indoor/outdoor bathroom. Breakfast cooked at our outdoor kitchen every day by very friendly staff. Verycomfortable.
Cons: Needs just a little maintenance - bathroom tap loose, outdoor shower great but can't fill bath. Overall very nice, these are minor points.
Location: Very handy location to get to Seminyak - 10 mins in taxi for less than $2, and 20 mins to Kuta for around $5. Great cafes/restaurants very short walk.
We just had a great holiday here. Recommended for couples who want peace, comfort and privacy while being close to Seminyak and handy to many great cafes and restaurants.

Kecapi ExperiencePosted Jul 16, 2012
Cons: No fence around pool.
Stayed with family 2 adults 2 kids aged 3 and 6 boys. From the beginning the staff made this place very special with the warmth they displayed to my children and us. They could not do enough for you and were meticulous in cleaning the rooms not just making the beds and replacing soaps but really made the place feel brand new every time we arrived back from exploring. The kids nether wanted to leave the villa! The recommended baby sitter we used on 2 occasions was fantastic and really helped us relax as we did not have a fence around the pool but true to Bali style they doted on the kids till we arrived at the villa. The kids wanted to be looked after more often they had so much fun. Located in a quiet part of town but only a short walk to all the best restaurants like Ku De Ta and Luna etc.Loved how they came into villa at pre requested time to cook full breakfast as you specifically like, all part of the deal. Thank you to the staff at Villa Kecapi, I had just about written off Bali due to over exposure and same experience at hotels time and time again but will definitely return if I can get back into the Kecapi again.
