The room facilities are not optimum like TV blurred viewing, running water without pressure in room 323, air-con ineffective, room very small like budget hotel IBIS.

All good except the Wifi
The hotel is in a good and clean condition. I can recommend it to people who are not reliant on the internet. If you just stay for a night and don't mind having bad or no internet then this place is for you. if you need internet then better look for a different place. breakfast good and coffee also good!

EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISGUSTING ,! AVOID,AVOID !!!
The stench in the room was overpowering. I made rhem come smell it and they agreed it was bad. Mold everywhere, stains on walls.

Needs improvement,
The only plus side from this hotel is the front office staff, they quite helpfull and fast. Room cleanliness is ok, just as expected from budget hotel, (cons): room service, I ordered nasi goreng and Tom yum soup, and i'm quite shocked when they only gave me four small size shrimp on the tom yum soup.

Hotel yang sesuai untuk Biz-Trip

Secara keseluruhan sudah cukup bagus namun ada satu hal yang membuat saya sedikit kecewa yaitu kpd staf hotel. Kejadiannya waktu saya cek in, staf menginformasikan bahwa sarapan dimulai pukul segini sampai segini (tepatnya saya lupa). Namun keesokan paginya saya datang ke tempat makan dan diberitahukan bahwa untuk kelas kamar yang saya pesan tidak ada fasilitas sarapan, lalu saya jelaskan kejadian hari sebelumnya. Saran saya mohon untuk hal2 kecil seperti ini untuk lebih diperhatikan.

secara keseluruhan lumayan
pelayanannya baik, kebersihan kamar juga baik, akan tetapi untuk fasilitas wifi-nya masih kurang karena sering error dan passwordnya beda sama yang diberikan, channel tv.nya juga kurang variatif. Untuk makanannya perlu lebih diperhatikan lagi khususnya dari soal rasa, karena ada beberapa makanan yang terlalu asin. untuk menu makananny juga kurang kreatif. Tapi secara keseluruhan lumayan.
