Very Upset!

This hotel was a scam, and the hotel owner attempted to assault me, because I complained that the phone didn't work all the while he would not accept that his phone system was broken. The bed had hair in it, the room was dirty! The police were called and they helped realized that the phone system would not work and that the owner was belligerent. We use Hotels.com all the time and we have never been disappointed, this was false advertisement on behalf of Hotel Hanseatic and they should be ashamed of their business and operation. Regards- Very unhappy customers!
