• By car From Lubeck : Heading out of the city from Mühlentorplatz, drive in the direction of Kronsforde along Kronsforder Allee and continue along Kronsforder Landstraße for approx. 7 km/4.3 miles. Turn right into Schleusenstraße toward Oberbüssau. Continue over both canal bridges and turn left into Langjohrd at the end of the road (residents only). You will see the Friederikenhof on the left-hand side. From the A1 motorway (not for buses) : Leave the A1 at the Lubeck-Moisling junction and turn off at the exit in the direction of Moisling/Buntekuh. Continue straight, following the main road for approx. 7 km/4.3 miles. This will take you over a wide railway bridge and will continue over a narrow motorway bridge (A20). Then merge into the traffic, turning onto a narrow road which, at the end, is for residents only. You will see the Friederikenhof on the left-hand side. From the A20 motorway : Leave the A20 at the Lubeck-Genin junction. Cross both roundabouts and turn right into Malmöstraße at the next set of traffic lights. At the end, turn right into Kronsforder Landstraße and continue straight for approx. 5 km/3.1 miles. Turn right into Schleusenstraße in the direction of Oberbüssau. Drive over both canal bridges and turn left into Langjohrd at the end of the road (residents only). You will see the Friederikenhof on the left-hand side. Directions from the A24 motorway : Leave the A24 at the Talkau junction and continue on the B207 in the direction of Ratzeburg. From there take the B208 to Berkenthin. In Berkenthin, turn off the main road (before the canal) in the direction of Krummesse/Klempau. After Krummesse, turn left into Schleusenstraße in the direction of Oberbüssau. Continue over both canal bridges and turn left into Langjohrd at the end of the road (residents only). You will see the Friederikenhof on the left-hand side. Directions from Kiel : Drive to Lubeck via Bad Segeberg and join the motorway toward Hamburg from there. Leave the motorway at the first exit for Lubeck-Moisling . Turn left there and continue straight, following the main direction of the road, for approx. 7 km/4.3 miles. By air From Lubeck Blankensee Airport (also called Hamburg Lubeck Airport) : Turn left out of the airport car park into Blankenseer Straße and go straight. Cross the large bridge over the main road and railway tracks and continue straight on Wulfsdorfer Weg . Drive straight through the villages of Wulfsdorf and Vorrade. At the next fork, turn left into Karkbrede . Continue to the end and turn left into Kronsforder Landstraße . Continue straight for approx. 4 km/2.5 miles and then turn right into Schleusenstraße in the direction of Oberbüssau. Continue over both canal bridges and turn left into Langjohrd at the end of the road (residents only). You will see the Friederikenhof on the left-hand side.
