Nice hotel, helpful staff in an excellent location where you can walk to all the sights. The room was basic with no frills, but clean and quiet.

Room was old and smelling strongly like smoking
The reception personnel were 2 times ok, this morning the man was not comptent and without asking my room number or asking me anythins started to ask me to pay again. And not polite ways. Only positive thing was the friendly lady preparing the breakfast. My room war really not up to date, bathroon was stinking shimmel and obviously someone was smoking in some roome next to mine, since my room was stinking old smoking-carpet smell, and after 2 nights all my clothes are now stinking as well. Not nice.

terrific place in a lovely town
A fabulous location. Only blocks away from the great town Square. Easy parking on the street. The hotel is very comfortable and has a wonderful staff. Good Wi-Fi good food and very nice beer.

Exploring Hansestädte seems to be our hobby. Wismar shines, and the Stern with it. Nice, clean, centrally located. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet.

The room conditions of the hotel were relatively well prepared. Bu theire was some difficulties for old people like us, such as no no preparation of supoporting board of travel laggages. Another inconvenience was lack of hot water kettle, notwithstanding the supply of instant coffee pack.

Nice place to stay.
I stayed e nights and enjoyed everything about this hotel. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet, it was delicious every morning.

Great Location
It is a decent hotel. The breakfast buffet and the welcome cocktail were the highlights. Sadly, we couldn't get wifi in the room! The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful (even with the language barrier). It is centrally located in Wismar.

Schön zentral gelegen, gutes Frühstück. Zimmer waren super sauber. Kein Teppich im Zimmer. Leider hatte ich in der ersten Nacht keine Heizung, bei Nullgrad Außentemperatur war es wirklich sehr kalt, auch das warme Wasser funktionierte nicht, was ich viel zu spät bemerkte. Aufgrund des Nicht-Umgangs mit meinem Problem, Abzug beim Personal und Aufenthalt.

Splendid and dog-friendly hotel
Very charming small hotel with perfect central location. Warm atmosphere, great service and very friendly staff, particularly Mr Ivanov at the front desk who was very kind and helpful - and English speaking. Large room, comfortable bed although I missed a selection of softer cushions. The hotel has a car park, but if there is no available space there is a parking garage just a couple of blocks away, or if your lucky (as we were) you can find a parking spot in the street just in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. We were travelling with our quite big dog, and dogs were welcome in the breakfast room and the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Kommer gerne igen
Rigtigt dejlig hotel midt i byen og i går afstand til alt. Super rengøring og venligt personale. Men køkkenet og serveringen skal oppe sig. Vi ventede 40 min på maden og så havde man glemt vores salat og der var ikke engang fyldt i restauranten. Vi havde værelse 301 med udsigt til gågaden.
