The building is very old so don't expect much in aesthetics. The room was comfortable, spacious and cozy. The paint job was unprofessional and there is peeling plaster. Two windows were painted shut but we managed to get the third one open. There was no airconditioning which wasn't a problem for may. Expect street noise. Neighborhood felt safe and there is off street parking. Sammy's Italian restaurant is right up the street on Charles and Biddle, yum! Bathroom door would not close! Bathtub/shower was uninviting. Key code access after hrs was convenient. Short walk to harbor.
