I somewhat enjoyed my stay. The area was convenient and the room was presentable. However, I left a perfume bottle, Dior rose and roses, and called as soon as I seen I didn’t pack it, which was the next day. I got a lot of runaround and no one ever called back the three times I called the person said they left a note for their manager… but no one ever called. When I called for the 4th time my calls were being declined. Very poor customer service and I do not like thieves. Never would I recommend.

Several charges were made to my card, I'm trying to contact the hotel and no one can resolve my problem. I'm a foreigner and they're giving me headaches, and on top of that, the hotel's cleanliness is poor. I don't recommend anyone staying at this place.

I didn't like that there is no cameras on or around the property my car got broken into right in front of the hotel and there was no one at the front desk and no cameras to record what happened I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again

The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom and heater were so noisy. The shower had awesome pressure, so awesome that a lot of water escaped under the door.

Needs a makeover.
The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. When calling down to the front desk, the phone is picked up by the element hotel next door. That person was friendlier than the lady downstairs. The room looks tired and worn. We had to switch rooms because the first one was in terrible shape. Two of the employees encountered were wearing street clothes, not very professional. Was reluctant to open the door when pillows were sent. This was a one and done for us. Many newer options for the price.

one thing is room was not cleaned up and changed bed sheets in 4 days. I decided to inform the front desk that new towels and bed sheets. towels and bed sheets dropped off in room. I used new towels after 2 days.
