Room Experience.

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Make sure everything is clean and a quest gets what they asked for.
Location: Close to the inner harbor.
I had three rooms booked. All were to have queens and one with apull out sofa. Checked in and the room that was to have the sofa didn't have one and the bathroom in the room was dirty. It had hair in the shower stall and in and around the sink basin and on the floor. Traveled back down to the main desk and they weren't ware of a room with a sofa pull out. They did move us to another room with double beds. The experience just started out on the wrong foot and it was hard to change the attitude. The staff was pleasant and helpful but just couldn't get over the experience of the room.

Not close to m&t bank stadium

This hotel was not the worst I've stayed at but the pictures are misleading. The bedding was new and the lobby was very pretty. Besides that, the rooms were so so as far as cleanliness but stains on the carpet, you DO NOT get a fridge or microwave unless you ask, and when you go get it they are scratched up and dirty. Parking is expensive, and if you are traveling to go to a ravens football game, this hotel is not as close as they describe. It's actually a 1.5 mile walk. We asked to arrange a shuttle (that we were willing to pay for) and were never called, and the air conditioner sounded like a lawn mower all night. Not the worst hotel, but you absolutely over pay for what you actually get

Great hotel with great staff

Very convenient to Charles Street and Inner Harbor. The free Calculator bus route picks-up a block away on Charles, the Charles metro is a block away, and the light rail that runs for $1.60 from BWI airport is two blocks away at the Lexington Market stop. Will stay here again.

Right smack dab in the middle of downtown.

Had excellent stay. The only thing i could say bad is the refrigerator needed to be defrosted. Hard to cool things off when the inside is a sheet of ice. Not a real big deal though. Only had a couple bottle of water in there.

Good value for the money

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. There was no in house kitchen though so it was order in or cold sandwiches. Bed felt comfy until I slept in it. Parking is sorry of easy to miss. $15 for 24 hours which isn't bad for the area far as I could tell. Over all decent place to stay. Nothing overly special but not bad either
