The hotel was under remodeling. The pool was closed...the front desk was in a temporary location. The tv didn't work....we had to have a technicial come out twice to fix it. I wasn't very impressed and no where did it state that the hotel was being remodeled. If I see that, I would have picked another hotel.

Understand that the hotel is under construction. I wish I had known that before I booked. Arrived at night - temporary signage is deplorable. The street sign was not lit and I missed the entrance. Signs to the lobby were not visible either. Room was great. Very comfortable.

Room Service staff was nice. 3rd floor next to the highway. Soda machine took my $5 and the front desk would not help.

No water pressure in shower. Very loud air condition. Room was nicely decoratated but infrastructure was old. Many of the Staff in bar/restaurant did not Speke English.

This hotel was nice. The bed was one of the most comfortable in which I have ever slept!

the hotel has a nice pool. that's all I can say that's positive. we had a muggy room with bugs in it and no working ac. the shower didn't work and neither did our tv or the ice machine in the hallway.

Nice hotel good price

All was pretty good except SLOW service to NO service in Cinnamon Tree Restaurant. I did seem like I was almost the only person at the hotel. It was a little strange. Seemed to be a large facility but saw almost no one there. Room was very nice.
